Great looking fan and it gives a nice breeze. The instructions were one of the better ones I have seen and would have installed it more quickly, if only I read them before I started. I replaced a rusted 25 year old fan with this modern looking fan and it is set to a wall switch for a 3-way speed control. I also switched out the soft white LED with A19 bright white dimmable bulbs. I like that feature at night when I only want a few watts of light on the screened porch. I expect many years of enjoyment from this fan.

Love this fan so much I bought it again when we moved to a new house. Can't beat the size at this price point.

Easy to install and moves air like it should

Looks great but does not push much air. We can barely feel anything sitting under it. It has a high CFM rating for some strange reason. It’s very weak. We will be returning it.

Super powerful 3 speeds. The light is very bright. Was thinking of getting an air conditioner but this gets it done!

This fan is really unmatched for the price. This is a 60in indoor AND OUTDOOR fan for $129-150. It also includes a light kit that uses 2 standard type bulbs, and this package even comes with LED bulbs too! I like fans that uses standard bulbs because you can easily replace bulbs. A lot of new fans with lights use those integrated LED chips. Meaning once they go out, it will be difficult or impossible to replace the lights when they go out. Just hope the manufacturer is still around or buy extra now. But with this fan, decades from now, you can simply replace the bulbs. It's also nice that it comes with 2 bulbs so its bright. Others in this range are only single bulb which are weak for any light output. The unit was packaged very well and quality of all the components were above the price point. The fan is also reversible direction. It has a modern design but not too modern so fits all themes. I set it up to be controlled via switch inside the home for both light and fan and its fine. I really cant complain for the price.

Easy to assemble, easy enough to put up.. nothing from the fan gave me issues, just the type of outdoor ceiling I had to deal with. Very quiet, really pushes the air.

This is a great fan I came back and bought another one for my son's room. I plan on buying two more I like them so much. Five stars.

This fan is beautiful and is great quality. We bought a remote for it that works perfectly. The fan lights are not dimmable. The ceiling fan remote has that feature so we put in dimmable light bulbs but it did not work. We knew that was a possibility but honestly the light output is perfect for the size of our patio.

easy installation I installed 2 fans a couple months ago and they work great. we have a very large screen room outside the 3 blade 60 inch multi speed really moves the air and LED lights is just right. also the energy bill has not increased at all with running the fans 24 hours a day. we have since made the room even bigger and just installed 2 more. the blades being outside in the screen room are still straight not sagging at all like fans I have had previously. they really look great too.

Put this up last year and still can’t figure why they call it a fan. Air movement is almost zero on the highest setting

Reluctant to buy from many poor reviews but this fan for the price is great! First of all it looks amazing!! Sleek design and we don't like remote controls because they are a pain and this one doesn't have one which we like. The air flow on high is good. I've only had installed for a week so this is just a preliminary review but so far so good. Thinking of getting 2 more for my sunroom!!

We just bought two and installed both just earlier this evening on our back patio. Fan and light was easy to install. First fan installed and it was not moving air as much as we expected it to on max speed for a 7000 CFM rating. Immediately we said the negative reviews were correct. Guess we couldn't expect much for the price so we decided to keep it. Light was brighter than our patio light so that was a plus. Installed the second fan, again both are on the back patio and on the same circuit, tested on max speed and it moved so much air it was blowing our plastic cups, paper plates, and plastic forks off the table out the patio. We thought this was weird as the first one installed did not move as much air. We checked and double checked to make sure wires were good and that it was on max and we realized the first fan was not spinning as fast as the second fan. Also note that while we were checking the fans, the first fan motor was really warm whereas the second was not. We will be exchanging the first fan as it seems the motor is defective since the second one worked really well, it was easy to install, and the price was affordable. We concluded that for those negative reviews where you feel like your fan is not moving air, you may have a bad motor. We are giving it a good 4 star since each of these fans you buy could be a hit or a miss due to motor quality not being consistent with each unit you buy. We would still recommend this fan for any DYIer. **Note: We also put in an on-wall adjustable fan speed controller with 4 speed settings(we know the fan only has 3 speed setting). Max is correct, but any lower setting will be slower than the slowest speed setting on the fan with the pull string itself. We do not recommend this product with an adjustable speed controller. Hope this review helps.

My wife and I were attracted to the look of this fan. It is large enough for our indoor great room also. I had no trouble assembling the fan. I had it working within one hour. It is quiet and appears to be well balanced. So far. I wish for such a large fan that it would have brighter lighting. For only three blades, it really moves the air.

I was a bit skeptical about whether this white ceiling fan would provide enough circulation in the room since it only contained 3 blades. Since I was specifically looking for a 60 inch classic white fan, I decided to give this type of fan a try and ordered 5 of them online. I have a 9 foot ceiling throughout the house and come to my surprise I was amazed as to the strong coverage of air it provided. I set the speed at the highest level to test the coolness and it actually made the room chilly. We read the instructions prior to installing the first fan and the next 4 fans went in easily and smoothly. I highly recommend purchasing this fan and glad that I purchased the same fans for all of my rooms.

I purchased 2 of the Carrington 60" to replace 15 year old fans in the living room. The instructions were easy to read and to follow. I had both fans up and running in about 2 hours time, not bad considering I am not an electrician! Fans run smooth and are nearly silent.

Used 3 silver ones in bedrooms and 1 bronze out side on a remodel job, there was a little noise at high speed that was eliminated once it was tightened down. Nice fans move good air volume, one is in a room with18ft ceilings the others are mounted on a coffer that are at 10 ft.

Absolutely love these fans! We looked everywhere for a modern, outdoor ceiling fan & just fell in love with the look of this fan. I was a little hesitant to purchase at first after reading some of the reviews, but we have used for the last few weeks now & I absolutely love them. They create a great breeze when on high, so much so that we tend to use on medium or low. The fans were easy to install. It took my boyfriend only an hour to install both fans. The sliver finish is so sleek, I wish I had these inside my house as well as out on our patio. Just gorgeous & they work so well.

This fan looks great, and is a great price! The only l snag I ran into involved the snap together wiring harness. I installed the fan and turned the light on and it didn't work. So first I tried another bulb (still no worky). So I wiggled the wires going into the harness and the light flickered. The blue wire that controls the lights had a poor connection at the harness, so I clipped both ends and bypassed the harness by using a wire nut and some electrical tape. Now it works great!

Direction were a little complicated but the end we like it.

This was easy to install and works really well. It is also quiet.

We bought this fan to replace an outdoor fan in our screened in porch. This fan is much nicer looking than the previous fan that was here, but it doesn’t quite produce the same amount of air flow. Overall this fan meets our expectations for the price point.
