Didn’t Work!!!
Well, the fan didn’t work but the light kit worked. We paid a professional to install it. It was wired correctly and installed correctly. The fan was defective

Our house is 2 years old. I had one fan...
Our house is 2 years old. I had one fan placed outside under cover in the front and one outside in the back that was also under cover. One fan froze last fall, the other is running OK. I bought a replacement fan but will not install until the weather is warmer. They do weather and paint peels, and the light globe dulls. But all in all not a bad looking nautical fan. I'll see how they'll do this year.

Very satisfied
Bought 3 of these when they were discounted 30% to replace existing outdoor fans. Went together easily and work great.
Suggest putting fan completely together, (less bulbs and globe) before hanging. Makes it so much easier then assembling while on a ladder.

The fan looks good, but assembling the fan and connecting...
The fan looks good, but assembling the fan and connecting it to the electric box was more different than it should have been due to the way the components are designed.

My sister bought this fan for her guest room and I immediately loved it. When I remodeled our family room, this fan was first on my list. The instructions were clearly written and a breeze to assemble and install. Speaking of breezes…this fan circulates efficiently and quietly. I plan on purchasing two more for our back porch since this is also rated for outdoors.
