Love it thank you was a little hard to assembly but looks great in the garden.

I received this purple martin house and within 30 minutes I had it together without looking at the directions. It's very simple to construct. Once together and on the pole, it's solid as a rock. Now all I have to do is wait on the Martins to arrive in February.

Quality is very good. Still don’t have it together, but started it and found the directions kind of confusing. Instead of listing the steps like they usually do, it’s just pretty much one big paragraph. Found it hard to keep my place in the directions.

A true classic! Had same exact birdhouse that was about 20 years old. The railing was breaking off the old birdhouse so we decided to replace with the same exact birdhouse. I love how the birdhouse is assembled but the packaging could be better. Some of the pins used to assemble the birdhouse got broke in shipping. Called Heath Mfg. and they were quick to send the replacement parts that got broke. Also some of the flat plastic panels of the birdhouse had some warpage. Not sure if they were made that way or if the panels warped in the box when being shipped. The warpage makes the panels slightly harder to assemble because you have to straighten the panel as you assemble to get the panel in the slot on the floor and roof. I think this is a great birdhouse for the money but could use some bubble wrap in the box so parts don't bounce around while being shipped. If you are like me and don't have the time to build your own birdhouse this is a great choice.

My husband had no problem assembling the house. Good quality and nice looking in the yard. Our only complaint was finding a pole for it. We used chain length fencing parts.

I am pretty handy (construction, plumbing, etc). This is the worse design. It will not stay together. I purchased it since it is 100% plastic thus should hold up in the weather for awhile without maintenance. With some minor design modifications it could be decent - but it is not. Avoid headaches and don't make the mistake of buying this like I did. It is now in the trash can.

Little nasty to assemble but not to hard! Looks real nice now just have to wait and see if the birds like it.

My 2nd one

Plastic sections did not provide a firm structure. This unit needs more support points to hold panels securly in place.

Its okay. We'll see how it withstands West Texas heat and wind.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I could not get pieces to line up while putting plastic pieces together. returning...

Very disappointed with the 2 12 Room Martin houses that were made by Heath Outdoor Products & sold thru Home Depot. Plastic parts were warped, took 2 people to be assemble and then had to be wired.

I bought it for my husband’s birthday and he loves it. It was pretty easy to assemble. He had a little trouble making some of the pieces fit flush, but all in all it turned out to be a great gift. Now we just have to wait for the birds to come.

Already had one of these. So many birds came I needed another 'condo' for them. Birds were nesting within hours. Useful and attractive. Thumbs up!
