The color aqua is soothing, the texture so luxurious. Online purchase was seamless, however price appeared to fluctuate..after I bought it the price seemed to go lower…. That was disappointing…..

Rug is TERRIBLE. Sheds excessively & thread is EVERYWHERE. We can vacuum & minutes later more threads are all over; my floors never look clean. The threads are in upstairs bedrooms, washer and dryer, vehicles, outside porch swing, clothes, dog toys, showers, garage, welcome mats, it's maddening! It's been three months & it's just getting worse. No one should purchase this rug until the manufacturer fixes this problem & we should be reimbursed. Highly disappointed. What a waste of time & money.

After I remodeled my floors I want to buy something fluffy , comfortable and looks nice . I went to Home Depot purchased 2 of them. After 6 months they both started middle of the carpet I can see differences rug start crumbling. And 2nd rug starts after a while later. I called HD they find excuses not the pay me . I was stock both expensive rugs had both Defect. Never purchase any carpet from them anymore. Be ware please

I was so excited at first when I bought these rugs ( 3 ). I’ve had them for six months now and the first couple of months loved them. They’re so soft & plush. The shedding wasn’t bad. But at about four months in, these rugs really started to lose a ton of strands everywhere. Everywhere! Plus there’s strands sticking up out of the rugs. They look terrible. Being that they’re so plush they’re very hard to vacuum. I’ve had to pull my Dyson backwards, towards me, to get the job done. Being that I have to do that, I don’t feel like I’m getting all the crud up. This rug is blot only, can’t clean it. All and all if you’re looking for a rug to last you for some time to come, this is NOT it. I’m thinking within the next few months these tube will be seeing the dumpster along with my $700! I’m so sick about it.

This is a beautiful, thick and expensive looking rug. I placed it at the end of our bed. Absolutely the best !!! And the price?!?! If you are looking for a beautiful rug for an economical price, this is the one!

This rug looked and felt great initially. Then it started to shed EVERYWHERE! You can pull string out by hand. After 3 months of use in heavy traffic area it looks matted down and disgusting.

We had this rug for 3-4yrs but it got matted after a while. We loved it so much that we bought another this year. SHEDS everywhere!!! Wanted to return it but that was the beginning of this covid and I’m high risk so waste of $300 for a rug that sheds strings no matter how much we vacuumed. You can pull them out by the handfuls if you’re bored enough. My Son’s chore is to “pick up strings” every day. I find them on clothes in the laundry. Worst product!!

This carpet is amazing....buuuuut it sheds. We are so sad because we love it, the kids love it, and the cat loves it. There are pieces every where, every day

The rug looks and feels amazing! And was easy to roll out. But there is a MAJOR DOWNSIDE! The rug starts falling apart! I understand there would be some straggler threads of the carpet when we got it, but the whole carpet is now Is full of them! It was Only ever vacuumed with just suction but my whole house is covered in the threads from this rug and the rug looks patchy now! I have plenty more pictures also!

This rug looks and feels nice but it never stops shedding. We have owned this rug for about 9 months and it has shed since then. We kept the bug and thought it was maybe just because it was new but that is not the case. I emailed Mohawk for a warranty issue over a month ago with no response. Very disappointing!

I purchased a 8x10 and three 2x8 runners for my new house. When I was looking through all the carpets that they carried I thought these were by far the softest and most comfortable. They were on the pricey side but figured with the feel and look it was worth it. After spending almost $600 I was wrong! Almost two months later I have these little pieces of carpet strands all over the house. It's on the furniture, socks, and outside. I am constantly cleaning them up. When I first purchased them there were a few here and there but I was thinking it's new carpet and that is usual. Wrong, it just keeps getting worse! I would not recommend these at all. Save your money and purchase something else. They look nice and are soft but as far as quality goes it gets an F. Another point is that because they are so thick it is very hard to vacuum, practically impossible.

This rug is so soft and absolutely beautiful but it constantly sheds. My kids can't even lay on it without every piece of clothing they have on being covered in the shadings. My boyfriends work boots are constantly COVERED. We find these little pieces EVERYWHERE. All over our house. NEVER EVER buying one of these again and YES we have vacuumed over and over again. Very hard to vacuum and no matter how many times you do so, it still sheds!!!!!! Not cool.

I loved how soft and thick this rug felt in the store, so i decided to splurge and spent $350 on the 7x10 size. I bought the blue instead of the cream, thinking it would hide more dirt, stains, etc. When it arrived, we loved this rug! We have three dogs and just bought a house with all wood floors, so i wanted something with a good thickness so they could chew on their toys and bones without hurting their elbows on the hard floor. The dogs loved it right away and chose to lay on it rather than on the couch or their dog beds. Now that we’ve had it for a week, weve noticed some downfalls. Each time I vaccum, pieces of the rug fall out. There are a few long stings that appear each day, either from us just walking on it or from the dogs chewing toys on the rug while we’re gone. We found that it isn’t ideal for dog bones, because it began to stain during the first trial with bones on it. And because its so thick, you’ll be digging pieces of bones and treats out for weeks, AND its hard to get a stain or smell out because it soaks into the thick pile. My Shark brand vacuum won’t move on this rug, so i have to vacuum the entire thing with a hand attachment. So i’d say if you have active dogs that are often chewing on bones, running around or just a little rough with your furniture, then i’d probably steer clear of this rug. It’s so beautiful and comfy, but after the first week I’m realizing that it’s going to take so much maintenace with dogs, and that i probably should have chosen a cheaper option.

The rug looked nice when we bought it. We’ve had it since May. The fibers come up and off the rug and are everywhere we walk! It’s on my dogs paws, they’re all over the floor. It’s terrible.

Beautiful carpet but it started coming unraveled within a day. And the carpet threads track all over the hardwood floors.

Bought this rug 2 weeks ago and i can say i can make another one with all the shreds coming out. This is obviously a manufacturers defect in craftsmanship. I now see al the similar complaints and wonder why Home Depot is still selling these. Its a shame that such a comfortable rug has to be made so poorly. Now i have to roll it up and bring it back. What a pain.

I'm so disappointed. I purchased this rug 2.5 years ago. My family loved it! It has no issues, it stayed intact. We unfortunately had a house fire and lost everything. Almost three weeks ago I purchased this rug again and was so excited, unfortunately, immediately the fibers of the rug started coming out constantly. They are everywhere in my house! They collect on my dogs feet even. I just had a baby and seeing these fibers everywhere on the floor, shoes, clothes, etc is enough for me to loose my mind. I will be returning back to Home Depot and looking for something else.

I’ve purchased 4 of these rugs now, I get a new one every year because unfortunately they aren’t easy to clean due to the thickness. My previous rug shed so much and constantly had little threads covering my floors and our feet! They must have changed back to the original material because so far this rug hasn’t shed any threads and I’m loving it again! By far the softest, thickest rug I have ever felt and I love the colors they offer! I have one on every room of my house. Only downfall now is they charge $55 to ship it to your house when shipping used to be free for Home Depot account holders so I had to go pick this 10x7 foot rug up from the store.

Absolutely plush, soft and luxurious! I love it. It's everything I wanted. Now I just need to replace all the other rugs with these and I'll be set.

I bought this rug in the 4’11x7 size. It fits perfectly in my family room space and is a beautiful “silver sage” type color. It goes great with my furniture! Nice quality, thick pile, very soft - it almost feels like soft sand under my toes. It’s my dog’s favorite place to lay now :). The color is pretty true to the picture. Love it so much!

I love the softness and feel of this rug. I ordered the graphite charcoal color but it is a completely different color than what is shown as representative of the color on the website. I was buying this rug to replace a black rug. I would really say this rug is more of a multi colored gray than what the picture illustrates. When I received the rug, the color on the label is listed as Hot Coffee. I kept the rug and ordered a second rug in case there was an error when the order was filled. The second rug was the exact same color and the label also listed Hot Coffee. You cannot use a regular brush roll type of vacuum cleaner to vacuum the rug or it will rip the carpet fibers out. I use my Dyson stick vacuum on it and it works well. I have had the rug for about 1 1/2 months now and it is holding up well and does not mat down after regular use. I will definitely buy another one of these rugs. Our cat was afraid to walk on it at first because it is so plush and her feet sunk down into the rug, but now she loves it just as much as we do:)

We have this rug in my 2 year old's room. It has been in there since we completed her nursery, about 2.5 years ago. Not once have we had any issues with losing strings or fibers all over the house. Granted, this is not in a high traffic area but we wouldn't out such a plush rug in an area that would see a lot of foot traffic. Yes, it can be a pain to vacuum but I find that I do not have a problem using my Dyson stick vacuum. I just start at one end, drag it back toward me and then walk back up to the top of the carpet. There is NO way you're going to be able to use a vacuum in the "traditional" forward/back motion. We actually love this rug so much, we are planning on buying another for our son's nursery.

This is the second time I have bought this rug it's fluffy if soft is comforting my first color was the aqua but it picks up stains way too easy the taupe is what I have now and stains are way easy to get out of it

I was a little apprehensive because of the reviews regarding the shedding and colors being different than expected.. so I purchased a small rug..no problems. So I then purchased a large 8x8. I absolutely LOVE this rug it has been a few months NO shedding at all, so maybe they fixed the problem. So plush.. I will definitely buy another

I systematically went through dozens of options before I chose this monstrosity. I read the reviews- good, bad and indifferent. and several customers warned that A. it starts to fall apart almost immediately after you roll it out. B. it is horrendous to vacuum. I guess the old adage is true when they say that if it's raining, it's time to check for moisture. this thing is cheap. to the point that pieces of the carpet that were GLUED down are coming up. INCLUDING the glue. I thought that given the reputable manufacturer, I would go with my gut instinct. and I have severe buyers remorse. and I'm equally in awe that home depot allowed this junk to be sold in their stores. just be warned. if you elect to purchase it, several people warned you.

We decided to purchase this carpet even after reading some negative reviews after we touched it. It's softer than any other rug I've ever felt. We purchased the best reversible pad we could get to help prolong the pile and life of the rug. Hopefully that'll make a difference in wear.
