Quality is good but color very bad.
I love feel of rug and comfortable to walk but the color if very bad not as online photo. It looks very old on very first day. We thought we will for sometime so the shad may change but no and now it is late return.

The quality of the rug is very good...main issue I have for the 3-star rating is the actual color -vs- the online pictures. It is "MUCH" lighter than what is shown. We were expecting a "darker gray" coloring---the actual looks much lighter and looks faded depending on the viewing angles---similar to a faded pair of jeans...one direction looks somewhat gray, from the opposite direction it looks "FADED" and almost white. My attached picture doesn't truly catch how much "lighter" it looks in the room. Disappointed but will keep for now. won't be getting another one "online"...the previous rug was picked from in-store stock---best way to ensure you get what you think you're getting.

Hi Mark, try rotating the rug 180 degrees and allow for yarn to open up as it is pressed when rolled and may have more of a sheen. Rotating it 180 degrees changes the position of pile from dark-side to light-side and vice versa. That may sold your issue
