Bought two of these fans for our outdoor covered lanai in Florida. I assembled the entire fan before hanging in the bracket mounted to the ceiling. Simple black white ground wirings. Fans both operate smoothly and quietly. Ceiling is 9’ and used supplied down rod. Air flow while sitting is very good even on lower settings. Returned 4 other fans from HD that cost double and we’re cheaply made. Very happy so far

This fan is very easy to install. I purchased the matte black finish and installed in my master bedroom. It moves a lot of air. A good value compared to other manufacturers with this design.

fan is very wobbly - have tried tightening all screws and leveling the blades but that only provides temporary relief before it goes back to wobbling wildly. Terrible product

quality product, looks great

Bought 2 fans, got 2 remotes; great. When we set it up, both remotes control both fans. There are instructions how to fix this in the Q&A, but we like having two remotes on one fan because we often want to change it from opposite sides of the room, so I called support to order another remote for the other fan. A replacement remote is $50 for a $250 fan. On top of that, they want me to print a form (no printer at home?) and EMAIL my full credit card information (encryption please?!?).

Easy to install, going up in less than 30 min. Good air circulation and the light is bright.

Easy to install and look amazing for ceiling fans. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a ceiling fan. Love the remote feature and being able to dim the light.

The description read black. The fan wasn't black. I returned it.

SKU 721178 or Model# 803097 color not matching fan SKU 1005712652 MODEL # 102L60BNLDW also threads on extension becomes a problem. Please help us buy the right extension for this fan and the right color. This downrod extension will become a hazard to people below if installed.

Excellent fan, looks great and moves good air. Just make sure if you install two that you do them one at a time and independently pair the remotes to each fan with the power off to the other, so that one remote doesn’t control them both.

Six variable speed settings, the fastest of which produces an absurd amount of air movement. Light and fan reliably responds to control inputs. Also, other fans I have purchased from different stores require you to press and hold one button and the fan will dim and brighten back and forth. Finding the brightest and dimmest setting is guesswork as you watch the light waiting for the mode to start heading in the opposite direction. This fan has a separate button for each (more convenient).

It is worth the price

I love these fans! They look excellent in my great room. It gives a luxurious, modern feel with the 3 blades. I love how the light is flush to the unit and can give off a warm yellow or bright white light depending on the mood. Highly recommend! I purchased more to use on our covered outside patio.

Made this purchase online and I’m buying another today. Just so beautiful and tons of style for the price. This is the smoothest and quietest fan i have installed. Remote is terrific too
