Decided to replace the fan that we have had for...
Decided to replace the fan that we have had for 20 years with one that had a more modern look.
Good thing I haven't dropped it off at Habitat Restore yet, because we are going to put it back up and keep looking. This new fan will not turn on and it has to go back from where it came. Big waste of our time, but it looks good up there.

If the fan still does not operate, make sure that the dip switches in the remote and receiver are set to the same settings. The white IS NOT white
Don’t you hate when you were looking for bright white and the picture looks bright white, but your product is not?
If you are looking for bright white, which is what I was wanting and expecting based on the pictures, do not buy this. The white is definitely not bright white, but in fact a terrible antique white. The worst part is there are parts that are a bright white but do not match the other parts that are supposed to be white.
We are expecting company next week and I needed to get the fans put up, but I will definitely be replacing these next year.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about the fan. As stated in the product description, the finish may vary slightly from the images online. This is due to factors such as computer monitor settings and lighting in the are where the fan is installed. Warmed lighting color temperatures can affect the fan's appearance.

Doesn’t completely work
I just had this professionally installed. The first 2 fan speeds are fine. On speed 3 the fan rattles and shakes so much it seems unsafe. The installer tried many things but in the could not get the unit to be stable on the 3rd setting

stop working after 10 months
Great fan, lights are bright but Not sure why fan and lights stop working. I replaced battery and push reset button inside remote. I was told it might be the receiver burnt out.

Home decorators (connor) Ceiling fan
One year ago I bought four of these fans. Put them in my home. I love them specially with the remote the remotes are fantastic. I just now bought another home and I just bought five more. That’s how much I like them they work very well and no noise the lights the remotes work I just really nice fan
