High quality flooring at a reasonable price. Easy install and a great new look to an existing room. Would recommend.

it looks nice on the floor. was not easy to put down. interlocking was not good quality. Several boxes had broken edges. It was a good thing I purchased extra.

The product is good but the service from the employees at the Yuma Az Home Depot was superior ! I have NEVER had such a good experience with store employees!

Good material looks very good already installed the only thing I didn't like is that some broken parts come that's why I gave it 4 stars but outside of that it's excellent

This was a tough product to work with, my contractor had a difficult time installing, and although I bought more than needed, I was still not able to return anything because they continued to crack.

Flooring is terrible spent almost $9000 all together between online order and instore and over half boxes were broke and unusable Only gave 1 star becauze 0 isnt a option

Chips easy, scratches, and does not hold up. Having to replace the floor because this stuff is coming up in pieces

I bought 24 cases of this stuff. The planks look awesome, the problem starts with the supposed click lock system. It’s not the same one shown on the box at all. The long sides fit perfect but the end is terrible. It is so thin that the end gets bent or breaks off really easy and makes that end unusable. This is the third floor I have installed over the past 24 years with the worst design ever. I even sat down with two of the planks and tried to put them together. I watched numerous videos on this type of supposed click lock system to ensure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. I also called the customer service number which was no help. I’m sorry but I couldn’t understand a word she was saying. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT? I’m ready to box it all up and take it back to Home Depot.

It is absolutely beautiful and extremely well made and easy to install. We did not have one piece that did not fit properly. It feels nice and real. Goes wonderful in our area! Have already ordered more to do other areas in our home.

This product has started peeling after install.

Flooring is beautiful

After buying this product several of the planks in multiple boxes were defective. Instead of being a straight line to interlock the back was off by a couple of degrees leading to it not lining up properly. Sadly I trimmed them properly myself, to avoid the hassle of loading them all back up and returning them. Not happy with how the side are locking interlocking (I didn't trim the sides). I have spent the last 4 weeks trying to get Home Depot to respond and they just kept bouncing me around

the flooring is not installed yet, so I will know more after installation.. overall, I like the flooring.
