I had pros install this. I love the distressed look and it was a big upgrade from the old nasty carpet that I had before.

Product has thin sheet paper veneer. Not engineered hardwood from top down. Would never purchase again.

Beautiful flooring. We had this installed in our foyer and dining room, installation went smoothly, no complaints from contractor. Installed easily. Looks great, also love that it holds up well in a house with 4 kids and 2 dogs. Definitely for someone who likes a unique darker wood floor. Any scratches i’ve noticed were easily buffed out. So happy with this flooring that we will be having it installed in the rest of our dowstairs.

Beautiful and durable

I only had the floor for two weeks and so far it’s been awesome. The color and fit are great and goes with everything. I am very happy with it so far.

When putting together back row pop out,so then you take it out again and start over .but then it does it again you will have gaps no matter how careful you are. I even used my nail gun on the first row so it wouldn't shift, still gaped the tongue and grove need to be milled better this is the 4th floor I have put in ,I would recommend nailing it down.

It was very easy to put together as long as you use the right tools to pull it together. This was my first time putting down a floor. I had helped on the previous installation for a row or two. It turned out beautifully. Didn't realize the pieces were 2 already put together until I accidentally busted one apart. I would have separated them all individually if I had known that but I was way too far in to start over.

It's beautiful and easy to install... I recommend a lighter color because this one sure shows the dust and dirt. It's not suppose to scratch easily, but my husband's stool even with felt tips does. Mine doesn't a and we switched stools so it must be the way he scoots the stool. Lastly, make sure you buy all you need in one trip, we had to go back (three times) and the finish did not match. One was reddish and nicely finished (loved it), the next batch was brown without much shine (way off), then the last was closer to the first but still off ...

Easy to install and looks great.

If I could give negative stars I would, Not even sure where to start. The floor looks beautiful when it goes down, thats where it ends. It scratched within the first week. We had pads on all our chairs and table and it still scratched. We went with this floor because we were told it could be glued down, which was also recommended since it was a summer home and there is a temperature change. We had a horrible time getting a quote on the installation because they use lasers and the rooms needed to be done in order to get the quote, this put our project behind. When we finally did get it installed the installers said they would never glue and floated it. Even though we had been told by at least 2 home depot employees that it should be glued. We ended up having to leave the heat on all winter(its a summer house) because we didn't want a big temperature change. Exactly a year and a week after it was installed it buckled. Well since it was a week after a year the installers didn't want to know anything. They said the house was "too far" to go out to look at the floor. Funny, wasn't too far when they got the contract from home depot to install it. Finally got someone to come look at it, only because they ended up having another job in the area. They said they would write up a quote and send to HD and HD would follow up, that never happened. When I would call HD, they would call back but nothing ever came of it since they said it was on the installers. Who, remember, were hired by home depot! Never Again!! Just beware, floor is not as hard as they say and scratches very easily!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have a floor for less then a year and it's bubbles everywhere. Manufacturer confirmed it's defected floor but they don't want to do anything. Dealing with them for over 10 months now. Home Depot also don't want to do anything because it's over 3 months since I bought it.

I made the mistake of loading all of the flooring into my truck and then into my house. I should have opened a case at the store to make life easier for me. The color and grain was not even close to the samples and display in the store. Had to load it all up and return it.

I'm very pleased with my decision and I also had same bamboo gray light and I'm very much satisfied. We plan on getting more very soon. Thanks

First timer doing a floor. Had a little help from my girlfriend’s father, but once we did the calculations for the room everything went smooth. I kept expecting us to have an “uh oh” moment and that never came! Make sure you measure a million times and have proper tools on hand. It looks amazing. I’m in no hurry to do it again, but I feel confident that if I was going to, using this product would be simple.

We installed the flooring in a condominium and it totally upgraded the look of the main area. Installation was very straightforward and laying as a floating floor over Robert's floor muffler underlayment speeded installation. The overall process took 1.5 days for about 500 square feet and this was the first time I had installed flooring. The main installations very quick, finishing rip cuts and installing in closets took about about 30% of the total installation time. I also installed on the stairs using Zamma stair nose and TiteBond 811 adhesive. This process took me an additional day to install on the stairs and two landings.

The wood flooring looks great, however I would not recommend home depots install service. They showed up to install the floor and said the floor wasn't level and walked out. The good news is we hired a flooring man and he did the install, including the cement work for the same price as home depot. To update, the flooring is great but the install was a swing and a miss from home depot.

I recently installed ~100 sq ft of this on 3 different walls in my house and it went great. Initial quality and install were perfect. I can't speak to the long term quality at this point and obviously we won't be able to walk on it.

Great look. Easy to install. Did it myself. Used in living room. When time comes to do kitchen dining area will use same product.

I love the look of this floor but I hate the durability. I bought based on look and hardness but boy was I wrong. We have had it for only 2 years and I am considering removing it all. First it scratches extremely easy. We have felt pads on the bottom of everything yet some how it still scratches. The board have small cracks that over time expand to the point of cutting your foot or catching things like socks or any lose material. Lastly we have this in our kitchen and entire 1st floor. We had our sink overflow and the mess was cleaned up within a couple minutes but the water destroyed some of the boards. Like splitting down the center kind of destroyed. I am 100% dissatisfied and if I had the money I would have someone rip it out and install something different. Something that is actually durable. Stay away, far away.

The brown tones shown on the in-store sample and in the images online are not accurate. This floor is gray and is darker on the sides almost giving it a stripped look. It also sounds hallow and very cheap when you walk on it. Very disappointed overall. If I had the money I would rip it out but now, unfortunately, we're stuck with it in our entire house.

Went together fairly easy, but the finish is NOT very durable. Scratches very easily. Pretty good buy on it, as I got it from a “deal of the day” email at about 1/2 price

I purchased 11 boxes for a room approx 250 sq ft. Product easy to use, packed well, no damage, and minimal color variations. I installed ocer a plywood subfloor and used a 2mm underlayment. All went well with no issues. Looks great, its quiet, and i would recommend!

Product looks well after install, only down for a couple of weeks. Product meets my expectations.

The floors are initially beautiful, but I was unaware how easily they could scratch and how little of the gray coating there is is... within 30 days of install, I have 2 scratches that people may not notice that I do. Definitely more scratch proof needs to be added and a thickier layer of the gray

The floor was installed by professional and they did not state any problems. I love the look with variety of colors and shades. After the floor was complete I ordered threshold pieces and this provided a nice, finished look.

Very nice product. Installed as floating floor without problems. Only observation that I wish was different, is the engineer imprefections (3 small gouges) didn't appear random enough. I'd like to see some planks in the case to not have any such "show" imperfections to increase the look of randomness.

How awesome!!!! We have never worked with flooring like this before. So as novices it was great. We followed the videos online and the directions and after taking a bit to get started it moved quite quickly. It looks lovely in our home. I like it so much I want to continue the flooring in other rooms!!

Great new floor. We replaced older carpet with this new floor. Very Easy to Install. The room was 12 x 15 and it took me about five hours from beginning to end. Pieces fit together great. A few boards came damaged and I miss cut a few more so you will need to buy extra for waste. I used a hand jig saw with fine teeth - a four pack for $10.00 was enough. Cuts where smooth. The end matched up great and look even better than we thought. While the are gray our blue room makes it look a little blue. Very nice feel on your bare feet. I used the T Molding on each threshold and secured them down with finishing nails.
