We purchased a set of six of these shades in July 2023, and were happy with our purchase until May of 2024 when a string broke in one of the shades, and now that shade is extremely crooked unless pulled all the way down. I believe they are still under warranty by the manufacturer, but their customer service line goes to a voicemail system and no one is returning my calls.

These were perfect! Very easy to install as well!

My dog ruined our blinds that came with our house so we decided to try these. They are great at filtering the light in our front room wjere we also have curtains. Definitely easy to push and pull up and they were a perfect fit for our windows!

Love the look and quality. Really love the way they raise up. It is so easy to lower and raise these!

When I was looking for a natural looking shade, it was difficult to find a standard shade, nice quality and not expensive. Once I found these, I ordered them and have been very happy with the quality. They were very easy to hang, offer privacy during the day, but I would recommend layering with a curtain for complete privacy at night. Since they are a standard size, they are actually too long for my windows but you cannot tell. 10/10 recommend these!

We purchased six of these bamboo blinds to replace the 20+ year old pleated blinds with pull cords in our living room & dining room area. Their styling is more up-to-date than the old ones and they gave us the look we wanted. The installation was very straightforward. Simply attach the mounting brackets to either the top or the back horizontal surface at the top of the window frame (the brackets are predrilled for both types of installations) and then slide the two pre-cut slots in the frame bar of the blinds over the threaded stud mounts built into the brackets and tighten them with the supplied wing nuts and you're done! It's very straightforward and easy to do.

We added these to our sunroom and they look wonderful. The fit was almost TOO perfect. One of the window wells wasn’t built flush so the top part was more narrow. We had to shave a little wood off the side of the shade’s header in order for it to fit.

I am so happy with these shades:) It really ties our whole look together giving us those cozy, modern farmhouse vibes. If you’re looking for privacy I would not order these shades. They are definitely light filtering only as the description states.

The shades are perfect for that boho feel. Excited to purchase more for the other windows in our home!

Easy to install but very see through not much privacy.. misleading from the picture. Also hard to pull down.

The blinds are very beautiful and easy to install, however they are VERY see thru and feel very fragile. I liked them, but if you have tons of light coming thru like me, you might not see them much (picture is after sunset, during day light I cannot see them very well). Not sure how long they will last, they don’t feel very good quality. But, you get what you pay for!

I installed four of these in our dining room and I am loving them so far! I like they let plenty of light through, even when they are closed. Install was easy and quick. I love the cordless operation, it is easy but also feels sturdy so I dont worry about it breaking. I think they look more expensive than they actually are, and being able to order the exact size I need gives the window a custom look. FYI I would not install anywhere that needs privacy, at least without some additional coverings like curtains.

Great way to create privacy in the garage. The blinds create enough light to maneuver safely.

The shade looks great! Because it is real bamboo slats, it's heavy enough that it helps to have a second person to install it. It takes a little bit of wrist power to open and close it, but I was also surprised by how much cold it kept from coming through the window.

Easy to install, look great!

I was hesitant on purchasing these bamboo shades..but I was assured if I wasn't happy with them I could return them. After hanging my shades I couldn't be any happier..Absolutely love them!!@

I searched for quite a while for what I wanted for my sons bedrooms, I absolutely adore these. My husband and I installed them ourselves, it only took us a little bit to get them up, and they are absolutely beautiful. Quality seems great, and I love the look of them.

I love the overall look odd his shade and am very happy with the color. It does offer some privacy but it does not totally block anything and is really pretty sheer— Maybe I was satisfied simply because we didn’t have anything on our back door for a long time. Unfortunately though we had only had it for a week before taking it off, disassembling and fixing the cords three different times. Now we don’t dare move it up any higher than a little space for our dog to peek out. I don’t think this would be an issue if it was corded, as we had in our previous house. I would recommend this for a window you won’t move the shade a lot.

We love these shades and they came to us quicker than expected. We especially like the these cordless versions now that we have grandchildren. So much easier to keep shades lined up together. Nicer look than our old ones.

Mounting was a little challenging but I love the shade and the look. I love that it has no strings or chains all you do is pull down and lift up.

Overall like this shade. Color is light brown with matching cord. It is not shiny. My sample arrived clean with no bad odors and mostly intact. A straw at the top was found broken in two spots along the outside edges near metal rings. I think it may have been intentional and part of the design of the shade but not sure. It was not visible once shade was installed. Installation pretty straight forward, minimal brief instructions. I found videos on the internet demonstrating how to hang this type of window shade, but it's not difficult. Enclosed hardware seems sturdy and adequate to handle the weight. There are no cords to unravel, no knots. You raise and lower the shade by grasping the bottom in the middle. My sample functioned smoothly and evenly right out of the box. Not completely occlusive but does provide shade and privacy. Pics attached show color of shade on white background and where I found breaks in a straw, again looks like maybe the breaks needed to be there.
