Love this set! It sat out all summer and then this winter on my deck and looks just like the day I bought it last year. I did bring in the cushions for the winter and do cover them when we are supposed to get rain. The cushions hold a lot of water and take a while to dry once they get wet. The only problem I ran into was finding a cover for the chairs and couch, they are really large. I ended up buying a super large waterproof cover for the couch that has a bungie string at the bottom, I am able to put all the cushions under the cover on the couch to protect from the weather.

Great solid furniture. Looks even better in person. The coffee table was difficult to put together as the wicker gets in the way of the drill holes, but it ended up working out.

The seats sat too low

We bought a 7 items in our patio set which was purchased from Home Depot. we had this set up for less Han 5 months. we had cushions literally melt in parts from the sun on a north facing patio. we called Home Depot and tried to get new cushions sent out for an exchange and they said we had to return the complete pieces! but parts were on back order. we selected to return the whole set because we didn't want this problem in the future and it was a hassle just getting a replacement cushion which we needed 3! Home Depot had a company come out and drastically reduced the refund amount. I have used Home Depot for 15 years and am disappointed that they don't have a better back up for this set! and that we didn't get the full return price!

The Wicker material is cheap came apart after only three months of use. Would not purchase from this company again.

Love these chairs! Beautiful setting on a back porch! We had a bend leg on one, that was replaced in no time! Excellent service!

Beautiful set!

The seats were lower than most seats at a table.

We purchased this set in May and have left it outside all summer, and only brought in the cushions when it rained for an extended time. The fabric held up beautifully and did not fade at all. We find the cushions comfortable and durable. We live in southern CT , and plan to leave it out this winter with covers we purchased from another site. We have received lots of compliments on this set. It really looks and feels more expensive. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the Naples Patio Set.

These are well constructed chairs. They are a bit hard to move around on carpet. The color is a grey/beige and blends with everything. Cushions and pillows are well constructed and comfortable. I like these chairs, however one of them arrived with a big and noticeable scar on a front leg. Ordering online is convenient but very disappointing when articles arrive damaged.

At first I was hesitant because of the price. We needed a total of 5 chairs, so I had to buy 6. When they arrived I was really impressed. Very nice looking and VERY sturdy. They are heavy and have a wood look metal/aluminum frame which will help them hold up over time. Overall very happy with the purchase. But keep an eye out for sales, I saw it about $50-$60 cheaper the week before we purchased.

These chairs are great! Very solid. Nice heavy weight to them. Should last a long time. The grey wicker is a very nice color with some brown blended in. The blue cushions are very comfortable and look great! The extra lumbar/throw pillows are very nice as well and perfect for the chairs since the seating area can be a little deep for people with shorter legs. We also purchased one set of the wingback arm chairs. Those are even more comfortable. Other than some minor delivery damage to 2 of the chairs we are very pleased. A bit of an inconvenience but The Home Depot Home Decorators Collection Customer Service Team has been great to work with to get replacements.

Met all the expectations and as soon as it arrived it was in use.

Furniture is just as pictured. It came assembled and the delivery team unpacked and took away garbage. The hardware was missing to assemble the coffee table, I called customer service and its 14 business days to ship replacement hardware. Disappointing to still be waiting.....

The set looks great, wicker quality is good, and the cushions look very thick. However, the cushions are hard as rock and very uncomfortable. Also, the sofa is angled/slanted forward, giving you the feeling that you're being pushed off. I definitely wouldn't recommend this set.

Love the product, design and style are just what I was looking for. However, the delivery service was a nightmare! We ended up ordering the set three times before receiving all the correct items, undamaged. Having to return the entire set rather than simply having the damaged piece (or in one case, the entire box with two chairs missing) replaced seemed like an inefficient solution. I very much appreciate the help from the customer service staff throughout the process. However, I am not certain I will order online from Home Decorators again unless they can improve their delivery service and replacement policies.
