Beware. The tiles are advertised as 3/8 inch or 9 mm thick, but are actually half that thickness. Because they are so thin, they are bowed in the middle and won’t lie flat.

we had leftover tile boxes of when we first tiled our kitchen, living room, bathrooms and master bedroom. We wanted to tile the spare bedrooms and using the old boxes upc scanned it with this app and gave me this product which looks identical except for the fact that is way thinner pieces of tile. cheaper pieces of tile.

I have ordered Redwood tile to finish tiling my upstairs master bedroom and 3 stairs out of 18. The boxes were labeled Redwood tile but The content inside was nothing but. Totally different color came in, more like walnut than redwood. More brown than red and the tile company did not catch it until the tile was put down and all finished.

We used this flooring in all but 2 of our bedrooms. It's beautiful! Looks like hardwood. I did add a beautiful area rug to family room to add warmth, color and softness. This flooring is so easy to clean with a furry golden retriever. Just know if you drop something on the floor that's glass It's going to break! We love it. Ordering, shipping was a breeze. Not 1 tile was damaged.

I first purchased this product when this was available in store. I tiled my basement shower. With left over material, I decided to do the same with main floor shower. However, I needed more tile. I had to do an online purchase. The same tile came in. The problem I came across with on line order was a significant difference in thickness in material. This made leveling challenging and I was not able to use the on line purchased material. Luckily, I had enough creativity to use what I had with other extra material of a different product to add to my tiling and came up with a different design. My advice...check thickness of tile, before using to ensure all boxes are the same.

I was looking for a rustic high quality porcelain tile for the bathroom floor and shower wall for an backwoods lodge feel. these titles match the onlinple very closely and I love the way it turned out. The grout color match (tobacco brown) by home depot was spot on

After our contractor finished our kitchen and four floor it was breath taken it's BEAUTIFUL . My husband and I just started at our new floor all day. We are very please with this product.

Started project April 10. Ordered 28 cases, laid 14 cases, remaining 14 cases pattern changed dramatically. We were unable to use. Ordered 22 more cases only one case was what we had already laid. Ordered 4 more because that was all that was available. Picked up 2 cases not usable. Ordered 15 more cases. Have not picked up yet. I would not recommend this tile company at all. Still waiting to complete project 6 weeks. Should have been one week at most. Tile company is useless in resolving this matter.

The non- slip surface makes it impossible to clean the tile mortar, and grout.

I was looking for a very rustic-looking floor. Redwood Natural met that requirement. I mixed all three sizes - 6x24", 6x36" and 8x48". The only thing I was disappointed about is that the 24" tiles are slightly thinner than the 36" and 48" tiles. I was able to manage this by increasing the thin-set layer beneath the 24" tiles. Also, some unevenness added to the overall rustic feel. I'm very pleased with the overall results. Tiles are shipped in solid cartons with plastic corner protectors. No tiles were broken or chipped! The tile has been in for about a month, and I am still very pleased with the look and quality.

I lived in a farm, this tile hides dirt. I wouldn’t notice the floor being dirty, our dog comes in and out, barely notice the floor being dirty.

We purchased the natural redwood porcelain tiles a couple years ago to do our kitchen and dining room. We loved the variety of patterns and colors. The tiles were thick and flat then. Recently we were looking to do our family room and a bedroom. We searched everywhere and couldn’t find anything we liked better. Since we had 10+ cases left from the first project we figured we could use them in the bedroom just in case the colors were slightly different being totally different lots. Well.... color is the least of our concern. No wonder they are priced less than a couple years ago. The newest tiles are not the same size!!! They are wider and thinner and have a more pronounced crown to them which makes laying them a bit more of a challenge. The dilemma now is to drive 40 minutes to the nearest Home Depot to buy more junk tiles or figure out how to fudge the difference in height/thickness. Again we like the tile but are disappointed in the quality and changes made to the most recent ones.

We removed hardwood floors that were extremely scratched up from 20 years of boys and dogs running around the house. I wanted something durable and also would be good for resale. I looked at so many wood tiles and this one by far had the most realistic look to it. Guests won't know the difference. I'm in love with how it turned out. -We used a contractor and he installed it with minimal grout lines (tiny). I asked whether they should be larger or maybe use spacers and he said this is how everyone installs it. Since I hate grout, I really didn't push the matter. -after reading all the reviews here I kept an eye out for the lot numbers. I was in a hurry to get my material since my contractor had an opening so I wasn't able to wait for HD to ship me all the same lot. So I ended up with two different lots. My installer mixed up the boxes and I can't really tell. There is one spot in front of my couch that you can see two different colors. Unless you're actually sitting there, it doesn't matter because it all blends in. Just make sure you mix the boxes. -We used Tobacco Brown grout. In fact I would have even gone to the darker shade. -It really hides the dirt well. I did buy one of those robot vacs, but even when I sweep, I can't tell where the dirt is lol. -if you like shiny floors then this isn't for you. It's more of a "refined" rustic look. I love this floor and so glad I chose it. PS. my dog never lets me take pictures. For some reason, he wanted to be in all of these lol

Looks even better installed. we used a light smoke grout.

Love the look of the tile. Tiles we're all very flat and straight. No broken tiles in my boxes. If you plan to do it yourself, plan a little bit more time. This tile takes a little more time but we'll worth it.

so far so good. we used this for an outdoor bar top. looks great. dont know how long it will last but we're hopefull.

Nice floor but this floor is too delicate

We got our “wood” tile floors 3 weeks ago & just love them! The colors are rich & true to what wood floors would look like. However, we don’t have all the maintenance of real wood floors! Oscar & Rodrigo were very professional & helpful durning the installation. They even finished a day earlier than thought! The floors are better than we could have imagined.

Great tile, I took a scrap piece of this tile and tried to scratch it with a metal scribe and screwdriver, it will not scratch.

This tile is very pretty, I had lots of complements, it looks great in my new kitchen.

Very good tile and the suggested grout makes the floor pop.

Great product , looks like real wood . Used earth sandless grout with a mix in sealant also from Home Depot.

Love it. Really easy to work with. Colors are great. Looks very real. Wish I would have gone a shade darker with grout, but still very happy with it! Installed in basement.
