I called the customer service line for a replacement and they said I would have to pay for a new one before they would send it out, but they already had my money from the damaged one I refused to take delivery. Also with a attitude from the service manager on the phone, no one could give me a email or a document that I had refused delivery due to the damage and we’d have to wait 7-10 days to get our refund money back. In the meantime I’m out over $1000 dollars with no proof they took it back.

We bought two vanities 13 months ago, our project was delayed and we didn't open them until 26 days past the warranty period We contacted HD who put us in contact with the supplier Avanity who said we would have to pay for new parts and shipping and that it would take 90 - 120 days to get the parts. As you can see from the pictures the damage is due to poor manufacturing as other reviews show similar damage. Very disappointed with Avanity for not having a goodwill warranty

Aside from experiencing horrible customer service. The sink was defective, the drawers are loose and wobbly they fall off their railing when opening the drawer

Just see the photos. For this kind of big item, it is actually very costly to exchange it. The time cost is very high. My workers also do not want to uninstall and reinstall it. They say the costs are too high for them. In the end, we have to buy a new sink and replace the sink ourselves. Although we got some compensation from Homedepot, we are still very frustrated...

Love the storage in this vanity and the color and top are really pretty. We had no trouble with installation and it looks great.

The vanity looks awesome in our remodeled bathroom!

The vanity arrived early and was packaged very well. It is very heavy so it was a lot for my husband and I to carry into the house but we got it. We tipped it onto its side and used a hand truck to get it to our basement bathroom. All the drawers and doors work perfectly and there were no imperfections on the top or sides.

I am very disappointed in Home Depot. When I ordered it I thought it would be a “LIGHT GREY COLOR” to match my bathroom. Once delivered the shipping guys left it on an uneven hill on my lawn. By the time I had a chance to open it my contractors already opened it and lugged a 322 pound vanity up the stairs. I don’t know how they did that. But otherwise I took a look once they brought it up and the vanity was a dark GREEN/GREY COLOR!!! (Take a look at picture) I got cat fished by Home Depot and there is no way I’m hiring someone else to bring down this 322 pound vanity that is already attached to all the plumbing. I am very upset and want all my money back.

This is the best vanity that I have ever installed with marble top and white basin sink. It came in one box and ready to install top on and all hardware already installed, back splash was the only thing that to be installed. Super heavy unit you for sure need help to get it in place, nice access in the back. I messed up and ordered a single hole faucet and need find plugs or change out faucet. It also has soft close draws and doors. This is a super nice vanity and you wont go wrong.

This vanity comes with two under counter sinks included. The drawers are a little hard to pull out, but are soft closing. The marble top comes with a backsplash piece and is just as advertised. This is VERY heavy - about 275 lbs. For two people to get it upstairs we had to get the marble top off (with a fish scaling knife to cut the silicon glue). Hard to complain, because the vanity is well made which makes it heavy. Very good product.

This is a sturdy and heavy vanity. With the marble top this is just over 200 lbs so keep that in mind when transporting and when moving into your house. The vanity basin is made of solid wood and each drawer, including the slide outs, has a slow close feature. The hardware for the drawers came installed. You also get a shelf for the center storage area that can be lowered or raised to fit your bathroom needs. The pin stripe on the marble top is very noticeable. We aren't super happy with that but will use it as is. The top does come glued and attached so rather than waste time removing, we will make do. We do love the rectangle sink bowl and how well constructed the vanity is. This will be used in our main bathroom so we appreciate the higher quality material. I plan on this lasting many years without too much wear and tear for a family.

Nice and solid vanity. I got it on sale at a great price. Unfortunately, Home Depot no longer had the matching marble side splash. Luckily, I found a perfectly matched one at Floor&Decor. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

Beautiful vanity. We had it professionally installed about 3-4 days ago. Cabinet color is perfect and the top is high quality and very high end looking. The soft close cabinets are great and the matching backsplash makes it look very complete. Because of our plumbing, the inside cabinet shelf needed to have a cut made to accomodate the pipes but not a big deal as nobody can see it. Considering we bought a different vanity first that was a little cheaper from another store, and had to return it because it literally peeled and crumbled before we were able to install, this is such good quality and we're SO happy with it. Delivery was good, they take the inside vs. outside fee very serious, an open empty garage is not considered outside which I think is crazy.

The vanities themselves were fine (I bought 2 of them), but I can't seem to get customer service to respond to the request to order the side splashes. I have emailed several times at the email they say to use but now response now after several days / weeks. If I can't get a side splash, then I would need to return both of the vanities. they indicated to: please email us at hdc@avanity.net or ecomm@avanity.net to order a sidesplash.

Overall, I am happy with this vanity, but the drawers are a joke. There is a huge area of unused space behind each drawer. WHYY??? The vanity is 21 inches deep and the drawers are only 15 inches. There is a 6 inch gap behind every drawer. What a waste!! In hindsight, I should have gotten shelves. Then I would have the benefit of the entire interior space.

The vanity is exactly what I expected. Good quality at a good price. I ordered it in the winter when it was on sale. Flawless shipping with the option to deliver it where you need it. I highly recommend this option due to the weight.

Looks good, but came with cracks in one of the opening doors. Customer service was nice, but 3 weeks later, no replacement part yet.

This is a well-made & stylish 2 bowl vanity with plenty of storage space. The marble top is beautiful. The entire vanity is much prettier than the picture online. The “chilled gray” color is a medium gray. Be aware, it is very heavy because the marble top is attached.

Arrived in good condition, but we assumed the marble vanity top was sealed like it said it would have been. Apparently it's was not, because within 24 hours of being installed, water stains developed that we cannot remove using the recommended marble safe products and methods. We contacted customer support and they only provided us with a pdf of instructions on cleaning methods that we already tried. I replied back to customer support explaining this and got no response back.
