Hello Valued HomeDepotCustomer, Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to read that you received a vanity with alignment issues on the doors and drawers. We are happy to confirm that the possible reason for the misalignment is because the screws that hold the hinges are left loose purposely in order to ensure the doors/drawers don’t get there damaged. The cabinets are set in slightly, and not tightly, in order to leave room for movement due to shifting while in transit. This is why we include alignment instructions on the installation guide on Step #7 for the doors, and Step #8 for the drawer face fronts.
