Pressure was ineffectual in lifting grime or even minor soap scum. Still had to use cleaning solution and elbow grease.

This little unit is a great steamer. It heats up fast so you can use it quickly. This is the only way to clean grout lines on tile floors and takes the dirt out quickly. Make sure you use distilled water so that no deposits in the machine build up.

The machine works great... but the shipment took longer than expected

Not quite the miracle machine it is made out to be. Didn't clean my stainless steel sinks without having to use the wire brush and LOTS of effort. Didn't clean my stove well either. As for the shower stall, didn't clean the soap scum at all. Did a decent job on my floors though. Quite disappointed over all.

Was very nicely packaged & worked for exactly what I wanted it to do. Accessories are great. Owners need to pay attention to the operation manual. Have to be careful w/ operation because steam is hot & one needs to let it cool before adding water for continuing use & before putting away.

Works great. The steam shooting out is a little loud so wear some headphones.

Great steamer. only thing I did not like is that the handle needs to be held so steam can come out. I understand this may be a safety feature but it takes a FIRM grip to function.

I wanted to love this, I really did. The concept of cleaning with no chemicals, pads, bottles etc was very attractive. THe problem is, it doesn't work. What's to Like: Out of the box, it's easy to assemble and I liked how sturdy the various bits felt. The floor cleaner did a good job on the kitchen vinyl, with the smooth pad. I have cats so sure enough there was a dried hairball behind the couch. The nylon brush attachment worked great to scrub that up, and also did a good job on cleaning the shower shelves. THe power cord is really long, and the steam hose is also long. NOt long enough for you to go up a ladder to clean high windows, but it has a good sturdy handle and even full of water isn't too heavy. ON the floor, it has wheels and a swivel so it follows along quite nicely. Although distilled water is recommended, you can use tap and it's easy to fill. Now, for the WHAT"S NOT TOO LIKE Tried the mop head on a bamboo floor, and it was worthless--there's no stiffening in the base of the pad and it bunched up and moved around too much. What I don't like about the floor attachment is that it puts more steam in the air then it does on the floor, and it wouldn't take up any dried gunk. THe brush attachments does, but who has time to let something cool, switch gizmos, do, something, cool again, and switch back? NOBODY. And because the thing looks so much like a vacuum it's very hard to NOT grab the extensions, and they get too hot to touch very quickly. I tried the handheld on various household messes--the tops of vinyl window sashes, window sills, kitty nose prints on glass. It cleaned all of them but it was incredibly messy. Yes, the steam is dry steam--but the instant it hits something it condenses and you have water running everywhere. So to clean your windows you'll need lots of absorbent rags and have to try to catch the water before it drips. And the steam comes out of the nozzle under so much pressure that it can blow the water / steam back on you. And again, it's putting clouds of steam and heat in the air. It drips. Everywhere. If you set the floor extension aside to do something else, the steam in the shaft condenses and drips on the floor, ditto the other attachments. Worse, if you are steaming something using the extensions--and of course you will if you want to clean windows or walls, when you tilt the extension up past horizontal, it drips water--and this time it's hot. The instructions say overfilling can damage the unit, and it comes with a handy measuring cup, but once you've put the water IN you can't tell how much is in there. So say you've been cleaning a floor, and now you want to do something else and don't know if you have enough water. You have to let the unit cool, dump all the water out and start over. Not a terribly big deal with tap but quickly gets expensive if you are buying distilled. ANd you aren't supposed to store it with water in the tank, so again, you have to dump it before putting it away. it's noisy. When you are using the small attachments, the steam comes out under pressure and hisses--think car wash hoses. IT's not as loud as a vacuum, but not peaceful either. So, back it goes. I wanted a steamer that could be used for other things, and this one isn't it. The deal breakers are those hot drips from the handle and the mess it makes when you use the attachment.

I had returned the first one I bought, because it wouldn’t start steaming. I bought it again for the second time and used it on my stove and oven, it really did a good job on all the grease that was stuck on there, I’m so glad this one works I will be using it to steam my floors next.

This steam machine work very good, just make the sound a little too loud, it is a good machine I am happy with that.

It does everything I need

I was really hoping it would do a good job cleaning the grout but was disappointed that it didn’t do a fraction as well as I was doing with a toothbrush.

For the job I needed to get done, this machine did a really GOOD job cleaning.

I was surprised when the delivery guy had not a huge box-but everything advertised was in there-If you haven't used a semi professional steamer like this- the instructions are great..because you can harm yourself or damage things with this- it works great and good quality.
