Coupling worked very well. Used it to replace a rubber coupling that was not put on properly by a contractor. It had about 1/8" of pipe inserted into the rubber coupling on one side! My ceiling had a nice water stain from the bathroom upstairs so I had to open it to see where the leak was coming from. Once I saw where the pipe was leaking I just had to cut to remove the rubber coupling and replace with the compression coupling. Just took a few minutes to complete the job.

I used both side of the coupling for my input and output on my pool filter, excellent fit works perfect...

I bought two of these in store, and realized there was one left in stock in the Woodland store. The one in stock at the Woodland store was missing a gasket on one side so I did not purchase it. I came home and ordered three of them online and had to pay $12 shipping… Just to receive one with no gasket in it. How incompetent are the people that work at Home Depot to not realize there was a gasket missing? Not only did I pay the $12 shipping, I’ll probably have to pay $10 in fuel to take this back to the store. What a freaking joke!

This compression coupler worked for the job I needed it for on my spigot. It t ties both pieces of PVC together really week without glue.

Doesn't Hold Under Pressure

A real must have for repair of old pipes. Most old pvc pipes aren’t good for glue joint that will not hold. Compression joints work in this case.

Works as it should. I had no idea where the underground sprinkler lines were. And the logical places they should be did not prove out. So I ended up useing a few of these when I found the lines with the trencher.

Well designed and fabricated. Worked great for my SPA application, but threads are course. Would have prefered fine for more surface area to insure tight seal!

This coupling makes repair much easier. No glue, no mess.

works as expected, stopped the leak.

Failed to solve my problem. Tried to fix a leak on a sprinkler system 1.25 inch line by putting this over a repair to give me a second seal. Problem was that the pipe was too flexible and when I tried to tighten this gizmo the pipe was just too far out of straight alignment. For a fixed straight pipe it would probably work great.

Worked as intented and no more leak!
