Horrible! Do not buy!!!
This didn’t cool my 100 sq. Ft. room. AT ALL! It didn’t go below 82!! It would make a good heater. Maybe they should rebrand. I don’t understand how they’re even allowed to sell this. They should pay me for the trouble of hauling this upstairs and back down.

Room environment conditions such as ceiling height, sunlight, number of windows/ doors and level of insulation can affect cooling efficiency and there are ways to increase the capacity of these units. There could be other reasons for the unit to not cool- temperature setting could be too high, or the exhaust hose may need re-installation to avoid the heat from coming back into the room. The tube is way too short. If you have a couch in front of your window, it's a scramble to fit it next to it. They would not provide extensions and threat you that waranty will be canceled if you do so. The "adapter" for sliding window" does leave a lot spacing in between and the hot air gets in as it's blown out, ironically. The tube and the head of the tubing that leads out does not screw in properly and leave gaps, and again, blows the very same hot air right back in. I had to duct tape most of the window area around it. Looks lovely.

The length of the exhaust hose is determined, keeping in mind the amount of air it can expel and we do not recommend lengthening it. Depending upon the size of your windows, you may have needed to seal the open gaps when installing the window venting kit. Very easy set up. However, my apartment window is smaller than the two plates that need to attach to place at the window, so I ended up using one plate and creating a make-shift end of the other plate with cardboard. I would just measure your window dimensions properly before ordering this.

I’m using my portable air conditioner to cool a 180 sf space and it works great. 10,000 BTUs are just right or more than enough.The Honeywell was very easy to unpack and install. It is very quiet even on the higher fan speed.

We are using our air conditioner in our sunroom We have many windows. I learned that all shades need to be drawn early. As long as we do that it works well. I would highly recommend this unit.

It works it gets my bedroom cool but that’s about it. It is pretty quiet compared to other models I’ve had but it doesn’t seem to push the cool air without help form an additional fan plugged in making it hard to cool more than my small bedroom.

GOOD SO FAR
Good so far. Take a while to cool down the room. Would have been better if insulation tapes for windows were included. The whole purpose of home delivery is so you don’t have to go to store. Also, the remote control doesn’t have led light. So can’t see the remote functions at night. Come on now? Really? Very stupid idea. But good overall.

This air conditioner cools my room so fast and it stays exactly the temperature at which I set it even when it's 100 degrees out and the sun is shining directly in my huge windows. It was the easiest installation of any appliance I've ever done.It's a little louder than I anticipated but very reasonable; quieter than my housemate's wall unit.I honestly couldn't live without it!

Works like a charm. My window was a bit narrow for the vent cover, but after sawing it down it fits fine. It’s able to cool my master bedroom fairly quickly after I turn it on. Highly recommend for rooms without AC.

Not the greatest in hot, hot humid weather. It will be alot easier to move than a heavy window air conditioner. I like the timer. It sets in hours. I can set it for 6 hours and be home in 7 and the downstairs is cool (if the weather is in the 80's).
