So far, so good. No signs of infestation. The instructions are easy to follow if you pay attention. I'm using the first one between the mattress and the box springs to test it out. I want to wait a while to see if anything shows up before I place a second unit in the bed frame leg which is one of the options. I would think the best position is as close to the mattress as possible even thou it gives you three different application options.

Thankfully there was nothing to catch but they kept catching my family members and the pets so I'm sure they'd work great on a bug.

Better than competitors
I will admit that when I found out that we had brought in bed bugs, I was beyond devastated. I bought 6 highly rated items as I wanted to make sure that I had covered all possibilities. After having the house treated two times by a professional, only this glue trap caught only compared to the 4 other glue type items. The other items I would highly recommend is Diatomaceous Earth which is organic and then climbup insect interceptors for the legs of your bed. We detected the most with the latter. The diatomaceous earth was also the only thing that got rid of fleas infestation from our pets one summer. I also plan to take a trip soon and will take a set of bed bug glue traps with us. Never again, will I bring them home again!

attractant was strong.
It attracted them more than the competition did. I don't know how long lasting it is.

Sticky Situation
These bed bug traps are not very good. No matter how careful you are, you'll get the sticky glue on your hands and other things. It doesn't come off easily. Also, there is so little space in the middle of the traps that it is difficult to see if you have any bugs trapped in there or not. When looking for bugs, you have to squeeze the top and bottom of the trap apart enough to look inside and again this causes you to come into contact with the glue. I've used Harris brand traps before and they are far better than these.
