I bought this washer about a month ago and I really like how it works. No fancy bells and whistles so it's not complicated to operate.

Seems about what I wanted except it is a little noisy! But before I had no agitator and now I do so that's probably the difference just getting used to it.

Looks nice, do not like the end of cycle signal. Runs quiet so far haven’t had it very long.

I am pleased so far with the hotpoint washer. The ease of operation, and I like the size of the tub easy to wash the comforters.

Worked well for about a month. I was actually surprised how pleased I was with how effective the washer worked and price was very reasonable for a single mother of 3. I purchases this washer for mothers day in May and by the first week of July I was calling Home Depot for manufacture warranty which was a whole or deal to even get help spent a whole day trying to get some help. My washer was leaking water and not a little I mean I walked into my garage and it looked like a lake. Awful experience

Purchased washer dryer combo. Had same unit before and were very reliable and good value.

I've had my washer for two days now and could not be happier with the overall performance and ease of the controls. So glad I switched back to the traditional top load machine.

So far so good. Great delivery guys. It washed its first load well. And a little quieter than our previous 2007 ge model.

My 16+ year old washer needed replacing and the space in our laundry room is quite limited. My husband uses a wheelchair and exits our mobile home through the laundry room. Thus Hotpoint washer was the ONLY ONE that would fit! To my surprise this is the easiest, fastest and quietest washer I have ever owned! I love the stainless steel tub and the many washing cycles that only fill with the needed amount of water. Thank you Hotpoint for still producing a simple washer that has luxury features. I am highly impressed and have told all my family and friends to get this washer and save some money! Will definitely buy the Hotpoint brand again. Love my nee dryer too, but that’s another story.

Washing machine will not fill the water. Had the washer for 11 months.

This washer is garbage, leave it at the store!! I wasn’t even able to wash one load before it broke!! Trash trash trash!!

The Hotpoint washer offers a large capacity at a low price, allowing you to wash more clothes in a single load. I bought it last year after my Samsung washer refused to work. Its powerful impeller efficiently removes stains and dirt. The washer adjusts the water amount according to the load, saving water and ensuring proper usage. It also provides a handful of programs for different fabrics and washing needs. However, I have experienced occasional balance issues during the spin cycle with a large load. Overall, the Hotpoint washer is an affordable and functional choice, despite this minor downside.

This washer only lasted a year before it started making grinding noises. Purchased a 3yr warranty, thank God!! Currently awaiting a full refund due to claim specialist stating that it wouldn’t be feasible to pick up and repair. Please purchase warranty!!!

Used 5X...wouldn't drain. Tech came out...broken belt. As time went on noticed tub fills @1/4 full on "Super". I have to run a 2nd cycle to get clothes cleaned how I want & expect a brand new machine should. Washing now 2 bath mats & a nylon shower curtain. There is NO water in the tub! Agitating w/the wetness of the so-called "fill" phase. Guess I'd be better off w/ a washboard & metal tub! GE, do better.

Top loading washing machine has every available feature needed for washing household clothing. Looks to be built to last!

My husband and I bought this same GE hotpoint washer/dryer combo for our old house back in 2020. We recently purchased a new home and needed another washer and dryer and decided to go with the same ones again because they’re so reliable, easy to use, and simplistic. We love them.

This is a great washer for the price. It’s nothing fancy, just your basic washer. It gets the job done quietly and efficiently. Note that is branded Hotpoint but it’s actually manufactured by GE. I have no doubt that dishwasher will last quite a few years. Very happy with the purchase and you will be also.

I was surprised how big the tub was. Washes well. Nice washer and priced is great.

This is a great looking, efficient unit! The clothes are dry before you turn your back.

I am very disappointed with how “Loud” the machine is! GE even included a QR Code in the manual that lets you know the machine is “Not” broken…. It’s the way it was designed! Only resolution we found was to only use the “Delecate” cycle to make it bearable.
