16" perfect size for ceiling fans.

Material could have been better quality. More detailed review for 52" fan. Customer service was intermittently helpful. They would mail new parts if something was broken, but they mailed the wrong part and then just mailed another replacement part. It seems wasteful. But anytime I asked for a partial refund or an additional discount, they refused. I didn't enjoy their customer service overall, even though they are responsive and have a chat function.

The video instruction is very helpful, the remote works very well.

I bought this hunter fan to replace a hunter fan that was 16 years old. The quality of the new does not compare to the old. Disappointed.

It is a very nice, quiet fan for a smaller room. In this case a guest bedroom. Easy installation and looked nice. Appreciated the ease of ordering it online with home delivery. Thank you Home Depot!

One problem the remote that came with the fan did NOT fit inside the canopy Tried to return the remote but Home Depot would NOT take it back

Beautiful fan. I had two of the Hunter Cedar Park fan in two of our bedroom. This builders fan isa perfect match. The fan is quite and functional. Can’t go wrong if you want a great small fan. Received the fans on time as promised.

Why isn't brass or antique brass available? Only dark bronze, nickel, or white is available. Most look like airplane propellers.

Looks good and is quiet! The only thing I didn’t care for are the bulbs that came with the fan. The light they give is not what I want for the room.

Very nice ceiling fan. Fairly quiet. Unfortunately for me I wasn’t smart enough to read the remote directions which point out you have to install the remote control power control when you are mounting the fan. With the electrical hookup. I guess I was hoping it would just work with the fan. I am considering keeping it and maybe getting a fan for the livingroom and using it with that one.

The Medium speed setting almost feels like it should be the low speed setting.

I had EXPECTED to find someone to install the fan I bought from Home Depot.
