came in dented - other than that ok

Cabinet is sturdy and finish is pretty good. Locking mechanism is positive and seems to be well made. Shipping seems to beat them up and it took me three times to get a cabinet thst was not damaged beyond usefulness.

Came damaged; dented and shelves bent. Clear that something very heavy was placed on it during shipping. But it wasn't broken - so I'm living with it. Other than the damage the unit is good.

2nd cabinet I have ordered. Overall the cabinet is functional & nice, not as heavy as wording would have you believe. Both cabinets damaged & I had to work with customer service to get a credit. They were satisfactory to work with, took 30 minutes which was way too long to rectify. Either I’m really unlucky with 2/2 being damaged &/or they should look into better packing & handling methods

Third time product was delivered and this time with less but acceptable damage compared to 1st two deliveries where doors were totally inoperable. Delivery guys on 1st two were great, third time delivery guy was awful as he dumped it on the front of the house a day later than promised while wife was waiting inside with the broken promise of a phone call before delivery so she could inspect for damage. Terrible experience we won't allow to ever happen again.

It came damaged. Still waiting for Group Hub to pick it up. They keep wanting to come after hours after being told multiple times what our business hours are. Called Home Depot to get assistant and I was told I needed to call Group Hub and give them our business hours.

The most expensive piece of garbage. It’s not heavy duty at all. It was wrapped well but covered in dents and dings. The doors won’t open easy because the inside piece of metal gets stuck on the top frame. And for the hinges there’s very loose piece of metal that flops around. Don’t waste your money or time returning it.

Easy to assemble shelves and feet on cabinets. Look great in my garage.

Ordered twice. Cabinet was delivered with damage from the factory the first time. Returned and ordered again. Ordered a second time. The cabinet was builder with the left door jammed inside the frame. It could not be opened.

First round of ordering both came in damaged.second round was delivered good

Not very solid and lock system is very weak. For the price point.

Both units arrived without any obvious damage, so took delivery. Several days later I unwrapped both cabinets and noted that one appears to have arrived undamaged and the other appears to have been compressed somehow in transit and metal is bent in several places. This was not apparent until I started moving into position and noted shelves were not easy to install, and then after that I inspected the unit in detail noting many issues which all appear to be related to some sort of extended compression while in transit or in storage. As I had already moved both units into position, and return would require some sort of coordination as I have no means to take to a Home Depot store, I am using as-is, and will need to determine some manner of repairing the damage.

Very nice garage cabinets! Lots of space ... 24" deep instead of the usual 18" depth found in most garage cabinets. Sturdy construction. Attractive exterior/color.

Went through two orders of this, and both of them were damaged upon delivery. Very time-consuming and very frustrating.

Product arrived damaged. Left door was bent and would not open. I had to bend it back into place. Lock on right door does not work. Only one shelve plus the floor. Not what I expected. Would not purchase again.

There were no slotted holes on the door side of the cabinets for the shelf brackets. Ordered 2 cabinets, neither one had the bracket slots. Worked out a fix-it solution and a monetary solution with customer service..

The shells that are not welded in should be packed with padding and secure in side, so they don’t scratch the unit during shipment or movement by the purchaser

Sturdy and all i had to do was install shelves and leg balancers. Happy and content
