13 months in (27 days after warranty expiration) and our freezer stopped working. The lights on the front stayed on, so we didn't notice that the freezer wasn't actually keeping cold for a few days and we had to throw away all of our food stored in it. When we researched a fix, we found that there is a large number of people who also bought this product and had it stop working around the 13-15 month mark as well and Igloo does not sell parts to fix the product. It's sad that Igloo has such a complete disregard for the future of our environment by making appliances that will be thrown away in 1 year. I will never support this brand again. This was a waste of money. Pay a little more for a more reliable brand.

This little freezer works well and is a perfect solution for our single daughter to use. She was able to put the buck that she shot on opening day in this freezer as well as a few other items. This is a great item for people who have a small space and yet need additional freezer storage. It works well for a single person as well as for a small family.

Super easy to place where I needed it. Light enough to move alone before loading it up. Holds tons to stuff for the size 3.5. I live in a loft so the best place to put was in the closet and it fit perfectly. So happy to finally be able to loosen up my kitchen freezer. AND the price was just right! LOVE this Freezer!

Been over 2 months since it arrived. Works well. Unfortunately the packaging inside the box isn't enough. There was damage/dent to the back side of the unit, but luckily it is just cosmetic and doesn't affect the working of the freezer. So far it's working great.

I purchased this freezer so I could get its downstairs with ease, cause I have a roommate that keeps stealing all my food out of the freezer, so this purchase was to take care of that issue. It so far at this point works great.
I let it stand for 48 hours after I got it home cause I laid it on its side. Was cold enough for freezing within 2 hours and not the 4 in the Manual. Very Good Freezer so far for the price.

Love this freezer! Product came on time and in perfect condition! Not too big, we put it in our dining room and doesn't take up too much room. Perfect size for mom's who want to store breast milk. Doesn't make any noise while running.

I rent and the freezer on my refrigerator is the size of a microwave. This is the perfect freezer if you need the extra space. It's small, quiet and perfect. After comparison shopping, this was also the best price.
