Bought it for the iron issue in our water. I had another water test after using this and it effectively removes the iron, as well as other contaminants. The water pressure and flow aren't affected. Not hard to install and start.

We've had a great experience so far with this whole house filter. Ispring was responsive with troubleshooting issues and sent out a new filter that resolved our problem. We also have their RO system and had great service from their customer support as well.

So far so good. My goals were to eliminate the salt requirement and the eliminate the iron magnesium in our well water. Fairly easy to install and is working very well

I spoke to Michele at ispring who said to call my local cooperative extension office to get water testing, which i had not ever heard of. I finally got the results back and sent them to Michele. She was fast to respond and let me know what filters I needed,new filters were shipped out and on the way. I have never had such exceptional customer service from any company in my life.I would highly recommend the micron filter,

I had a leak in my system so called iSpring. Nick was very helpful telling me how to solve the problem and very kindly sent me the replacement part i needed. I am most appreciative. Now the system is back up a providing safe, clean drinking water.

Before making a purchase I called iSpring directly to get advice and be sure I was getting the right product for my house. I spoke with Nick who was very knowledgeable. If you have any questions call them, they will help you out. The product is high quality, definitely worth the money.

I had my system 6 months before I got around to installing it. Everything was working great for about 8hrs then all 3 filters started leaking. One call to customer service and I spoke with Michele who quickly with no quetions asked sent me a new system. She even saw that I had the wrong filters and sent the correct ones. The best customer service I have ever had with a company. Picking up at Home Depot was the biggest issue, they couldnt find all of my order for about an hour.

The system is well-made and easy to install. We accidently damaged one connection part during installation. Nick from Customer Support ordered the new part immediately and it arrived in two days! Nick is also very knowledgeable and responsive. We really appreciate his help and are very pleased with ISpring.

Working well, I installed it about 3 weeks ago so if it continues to perform as it has been I will be very satisfied. Installation was not that hard.

Our well is new, but we still have sediment and iron in the water. The system gives us peace of mind in that we don't have to worry about staining in the toilets and sediment ending up in our appliances depleting the life of the appliance. Customer service a ISpring is fantastic. John at ISpring was quick to answer my questions concerning a smell that we were noticing in our water within weeks of putting in new filters. I usually almost never write any reviews for any products but with this outstanding customer service I needed to do so. This is my second time to deal with this company. A gentleman by the name Nick helped me sort out all of my concerns. Simply the best customer service experience I have had with any company. I would order this product once again and I always recommend it to my family and friends. No worries at about purchasing this product. You will always get help with all your needs.

Whole new system installed after a remodel. House has a well system and had noticed a sulfur smell in the past. This took care of the smell and the water tastes great now. Originally thought it was affecting my water pressure so I called the customer service listed 123filter and Nick was super helpful. He let me know it was the spin down filter I had installed up stream and was able to send me a larger size filter. Fixed the problem immediately 👍

This system has done a good job filtering out home’s water and installation was straight-forward. iSpring customer service recommends using SuperLube on the canisters and not over tightening. I learned the hard way but their customer service rep Sean was very helpful in getting the situation resolved.

Bought for my home which runs off of a well. Installation seemed easy enough. Used copper and ended up sweating to close to the intake adapter. Unfortunately the intake adapters are plastic, so I melted the entire fitting out of it. Called customer service and spoke to Sean. They ended up sending me an entirely new set up, free of charge, even though I destroyed it accidentally. Crazy good customer service. Product works well after dealing with 2 small leaks at the tube seals.

Set up the filters for a gravity fed spring, Easy to install, seem to be made of durable composite materials, Nick at the customer service was very helpful with his recommendations and knowledge of the components, Highly recommended

The filter works great. Had a plumber out to instal and took minimal time to get it in. There was a very small leak between the first and second stage. I called customer service and not only did I get an actual person (Michele) immediately, they were able to ship me out a replacement part within days of the call. Overall the filter works very well. We noticed a difference in the water quality immediately. They even sent me out a new set of filters with the replacement part.

I bought this ispring water filter about 3 years ago. Installation was easy. Filters work as advertised for my well water I'm using it on. I have a low amount of iron in my water with other minor things. The filters and filter system has had no problems. During this past winter my house had a cold snap and a power outage. During that time my filter housings broke. I got a hold of Sean at ispringfilter.com. I explained my situation in looking for new housing. Sean was huge help. I will buy again

Since we moved to Atlanta 41/2 years ago, we have noted a dirt ring in our toilet bowl, as well as dirt around our faucets. After much research, we decided on the I spring 3 stage whole house filter. It was installed 10 days ago and we already note the absence of the dirt rings in our toilets and the dirt around the faucets. I also recommend the service provided by the company, as we noted a slight leak around canister 1. I called the company and spoke to Sean. I installed this on my system. This was recommended by the home builder and well company. It worked for a week then stopped working. Michele in customer service identified that the iron and manganese was too high for the filters I bought. She rushed me the appropriate filters to fix my system. It’s very nice to deal with a company with good customer service.
