The latch was installed 1/2 inch to high in the frame and had to re-set the top latch hole in the frame.

It's a nice, solid, windowless door, and one reason I chose it is because it is already painted and looks nice.

The actual door I really like- the color and quality are good. Frustrating it wasn't clear what the jamb size was until after it was installed at which point I realized it was a 4 inch jamb- much too small for 6 inch construction. Wish this had been made more obvious.

Great quality and just what I expected.

The door itself looks beautiful, fit perfectly, opens wonderfully, and once the outside trim was painted went perfectly with my house. The best part was that it was cheaper than most door stores selling just the door. This door came with everything needed to gut out and start fresh, frame and all.

Door is attractive. I wish the brickmould matched in color.

Overall the workmanship was good. The door hung straight and level and seems to seal very well. It looks good and was handled very gently by the folks at Home Depot. (I could have used a hand loading it on to my trailer however.) I would have rated it a "5" except that whoever at JELD-WEN packed up the door in it's cardboard wrapping screwed the wooden shipping supports on the bottom of the threshold in too far, resulting in a pair of unwanted and unsightly 1/8" screw holes about 4" in on each side of the metal threshold. Since that portion of the threshold ends up hidden from sight, simply using glue without any screws would have been far better. I will have to cover these up somehow, probably by using a couple of #10 flathead sheet metal screws and some caulk, so as to make it look like it was designed that way.

It took a while for this door to come in after I ordered it but I think it was worth the wait. It’s a sturdy secure door.

During installation, we did notice that the opening at the top and bottom of the door were slightly different dimensions - hence impossible for BOTH side to be truly plumb. Regardless, the door closed nicely without compromising the weather seal. That's the only thing standing in the way of 5 stars. Otherwise a very nice, well constructed product.

Not a very expensive door, but looks like it is. Paid extra for factory painted door and it looks fabulous.

This is a good looking well made door! It was installed as a side door by my contractor between the garage and the utility side yard. The threshold makes a good seal against the wind/rain. We are very pleased.

I really like the fit and finish of this door. The dimensions advertised were spot-on, and thus, the door fit perfectly in the preframed wall. The door is solid and the weather stripping provides a very tight seal. This is a great door for the money.
