The door was a few cm longer in width which basically was no use for me. I did an online order f...
The door was a few cm longer in width which basically was no use for me. I did an online order for pick up and didn’t think that we needed to measure the door ordered since one would assume you will get what you order. Not sure what happened when they customized this door but the measurements was way off . I would advise to go in store to purchase and also measure the door in store to ensure that the door is it’s actual measurement. Otherwise , the quality is good.

Not consistent doorknob height
Overall the product looks good. The only problem is Jeldwen is not consistent in the height of the doorknob hole location. We bought two, and the uneven height was readily apparent. One was 3/4-inch higher Let the buyer beware, if it is a replacement, this door might not match the height of your existing latch. You would have to either redo the jamb or go back to the store for another replacement.

Door itself was not square and the bottom corner laminate...
Door itself was not square and the bottom corner laminate was lifting. Door was filthy when it arrived. Very poor quality for such an expensive delivery

hardware bore 1inch to low
I bought this as a replacement for a bedroom door, after I removed my old door to compare to this replacement I had noticed the bore hole for the handle hardware was an inch lower than my existing door and it was a quarter inch wider. I'm glad I noticed before I trimmed it down and mortised the hinges. Nowhere in the Jeld-Wen online discription mentions the hight of the handle hardware bore hole. I had to take it back to Home Depot wasting my time and gas.

Replacing the furnace and had to replace the door as...
Replacing the furnace and had to replace the door as well. I get water in with heavy rain and the previous hollow door had swelled at the base. My experienced plumber helped me place this new door and HE did a great job. I only helped. We were able to trim some off the bottom for water
