Quality control is very very poor. Ordered 3 doors at one time. 2 of the doors came in without any major defects but the 3rd had heavy overspray all over the frosted side of the glass on every window. I tried, the folks at the store tried, there was no getting it off without damaging it. I was forced to reject it which caused the entire project to slide and my sub contractor hit me with a $200 change order. The replacement door was supposed to be expedited in at the manufactures expense given the egregious quality escape but again, took 4 full weeks. I had to bug the heck out of the store employees to follow up on this. When it finally arrived, the second door had primer smudges all over the glass and large missed areas of primer. What terrible quality control by Jeld Wen. The store had to reduce the cost of the door by 80% so I'd take it. Now I Have to spend another $150 with my for 2 extra hours of labor to scrub the paint off primer off the glass and reprime the door.

The door is beautiful! Very heavy and solid. Does not come with hardware kit, you will need to purchase a very sturdy one separately.

The door looks nice but there were a few things I didn't like hence the 3 star rating. -The frost on the glass is fairly thick and doesn't let a whole lot of light through and is only on one side of the glass. This makes one side rough and textural and the other smooth. However it does mask what is behind the door very well and you can only see vague blobs of color. I personally wanted something that let more light through but it works fine for my pantry door. -The primer used on this door is crap. I painted the door a light blue (paint and primer with satin sealer included in the paint) and though the paint went on smoothly it scratches way too easily. I even finished it with additional layers of semi gloss sealer to see if that helped with the scratching but it didn't do a whole lot and several places now show the white primer. However, if you want a white door the primer is a nice modern cool white color that you could easily leave alone. -There were also stickers on the side of the door that were near impossible to remove. Yes, I could have painted over them but then there would have been weird rectangles on the side of the door so I spent an hour removing the stupid stickers with razor blades and rubbing alcohol. (I have included in image of mid removal process) Overall it's a door that shipped in one piece and works like a door. So if that's what you want this should fill your needs. The frosted glass is pretty and the primer white could easily be your finished paint treatment.

The doors are of good quality. Painting them went very easy. They are heavy and well built. I love the frosted glass which gives light but still has privacy.

Good door. Let's in light. Room feels different.

Thought it was full solid wood core door slab, but it is not. The quality overall is ok, not very impressive.

Used as a sliding door. Looks great. No shipping damage.

This is a beautiful door, and arrived without any damage or other issues.4 stars because there was plastic film on only one side of the frosted glass. No documentation to explain this. BTW, nail polish remover does a good job of removing latex paint from frosted glass.

The door is heavy and high quality. But it did come with stickers on it that were really hard to remove and the glass had the remnants of plastic on it that were also hard to remove. I guess that this is standard to deliver doors with stickers and plastic - but I spent 30 minutes cleaning it up.

Arrived in perfect condition. Many many compliments on this door. It is my Front Entry door that compliments my mid century ranch home. Not to mention I painted it Orange!

The door is beautiful but I cannot use it. Ceiling clearance is too low to install hardware. I will return it when I have someone to help with the lifting and transportation.

I like the door but it arrived with a chip in it.I will put some white paint on the chip

Frosted glass was scratched in multiple spots

It took a while for the door to arrive (2 months) but the wait was worth it. The door looks great in our bathroom. This is a well crafted door.

Love love this door.... we used it as a pocket door for a customer.... CONS: TAKES FOR EVER TO GET THIS!! Turn-around time is horrible!! Stopped my job until we finally received it.... ugh!!

The door was slightly damaged on one of the corners.

Although fairly heavy, the construction is not that great. Cracking appears at joints, and the door almost bends in the middle if you lay it down (as we had to do for painting it). Obviously, not solid wood throughout, but some type of fiberboard pressed material. We went ahead and used it and hung it for a barn door. Looks nice - very modern. But the frosted side of the glass came with some small marks or scratches on it, and it looks like the frosted side will scratch and mar very easily. So we will see!

Great choice to replace my solid interior door. I love the design and the (5) glass panels (you can get more or less). I thought it took an inordinately long period of time to procure (2 months+) and my one complaint is that the protective film on the panes is really, REALLY hard to get off! The remnants around the edges are still there...I'll need a tool of some sort to finish the removal job, I just don't want to scratch the glass!

After waiting 3 months the door came in as promised. Unfortunately the door was not packaged correctly and was damaged. Thank goodness we didn't have it shipped to our house so we rejected it at the store... We had to order it again and we don't have the door received yet. So I can't really give you a review on the product... Hopefully we will have a better result with the packaging... Have to wait another 3 months for the door to be built.
