[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in an apartment without AC in a city that is getting more and more heat waves. We bought this to save us on those few summer days where it goes over 100. We think it's really cool that it's Wifi compatible and that it's also a dehumidifier as it also gets really wet and damp where we live. It does take up a fair bit of space but I love that I can save room having 2 devices combined into one.

A little bit noisy but overall good product.

Small footprint, relatively quiet, wifi/app control, excellent customer service. Sadly I have to downgrade the overall rating because of a major flaw in the thermostat control. Basically, as soon as I turn it on, the "room temperature - as shown on the interface) begins to climb to 95 deg F and stays there, regardless of the actual room/target temperature. As a result the unit will never shut off even though it cools the room to the target temperature, because it thinks the room temperature is always 95 degF. I included some pics which show a thermometer and the target temperature. The unit ran for 20 mins in a smaller, closed room. It cooled the room by two degrees (well below target temp), but it never stopped cooling (because it thinks the room temperature is 95 degF). Some other minor points, it doesn't come with window insulation (easily bought for under $3) and it doesn't include batteries for the remote. That to me is minor. The bigger factor for me is I can't turn it on and have it maintain a constant temperature in the room. It never shuts itself off (the compressor runs continuously), so I have to control it totally manually, turn power ON, then OFF when a comfortable temperature is reached and repeat the cycle.

This 10,000 BTU air conditioner/dehumidifier/fan is a real workhorse in a compact and portable unit. There was very little assembly required as I am going to use its ease of portability to move from the house to the garage and even outside as the need dictates. I put on the exhaust hose but did not use the window kit to vent the exhaust outside. My plan is to simply vent to an adjacent area or through an open door or window when using inside. The Wi-Fi setup worked perfectly the first try and is a nice feature of the unit. It has many nice features including a timer, two-speed fan, auto shut off for high-water, and an automatic air deflector moving air flow on a vertical plane. I have already used it in the garage and outside under a covered balcony – it cooled remarkably well dropping the temp across the coils by 26 degrees (temp in 68 and temp out 42). The only issue so far is the filter screen didn’t fit tightly but a little spacer placed between the filter and the cabinet tightened it up nicely. Very happy with this product.

What a life saver! We have a nice home in southern Texas, two story. We are what I would call cold people, when everyone else is comfortable, we are cold and when we are comfortable everyone else seems to be hot. Our guest bedroom is upstairs, so already warmer than we are downstairs. Now we are getting a lot of visitors spending a few nights and we can either be miserable or our guest will be. This AC unit solves that problem, with ease. It fit into our vertical window, is pretty small and allows the curtain to be pretty much drawn and it is quiet! As soon as you turn it on you can feel the temperature dropping. Show the guest how to use the remote and you have happy well rested guest! Love it now for this use, also wanting to try it out in the shop, so many finishes can not be done if it is too hot or too humid. Wonderful machine, fully recommend it if used for the purpose it is intended for.

I only got it for a few days and so far, this unit has performed well. I purchased this to help cool off my server room. it's just over 200 sq. Ft. The included window vent kit fits my window frame. And it runs great and cools what I have a need for. I love that it doesn’t need a water tray to be emptied.

Has a timer and a remote to control from whatever space you choose to use this! I was pleasantly surprised how simple it is to set up and just in time since my window unit went out on me. It definitely took care of my bedroom and the loft connected to it. It keeps me comfortable and doesn’t really take up a terrible amount of space. I highly recommend and convenient if it needs moved to another space. Has castors for easy movement. Display is clear. Also it doesn’t leak! Huge plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable air conditioner is wonderful! It was easy to set up. I replaced my bedroom window unit with this. It is much more quiet and cools the room better and faster. I love the sleep mode which automatically adjusts throughout the night to keep my room at the temperature I'm most comfortable with. I intend to keep it in my bedroom, but I could easily move it to a different room if desired. It works perfectly for me!

We have a pretty old outside unit that is breaking down often and so this portable unit has saved us quite a few times. It really does a phenomenal job of cooling down our living room which is where we use it the most. its a large size living room and does very well. It is easily connected to the internet and you can control it with alexa or through a phone app. .the only thing thats truly not that great is that we live in florida so it needs to be able to drain or it will shut off and the drain spot needs to be lower than the unit or it wont drain, for example, i have to have my unit elevated on a box so that it can drain into a larger tupperware i can pour out 2x a day.

Stopped working after a year. I've only used it during the hottest months since May of last year. Dont waste your money...

The fan makes loud squeaking noises. I will be returning this shortly.

This AC unit is a lot louder than I thought a unit advertised as being quiet would be. Also, the App for this wifi unit is terrible, it takes so long to get it connected and if for any reason you lose connection or the app fails to work it takes forever to get it working once again.

Exactly what I wanted. Cools off room upstairs that is always too hot when central air is on. We have a sliding window so a window air conditioner would not work.

Easy to put together and did a great job cooling our master bedroom. You need a PhD in engineering to operate all the functions though. And why put touch sensitive buttons on the top of a unit? If a cat or a piece of clothing touches the top of it it will change the settings. Not convenient at all.

It worked great for the 200sq ft. room we wanted to cool. It looked great as well, but...... - It never shut off after reaching the set temp. - As soon as you turned to cool, the room temp read 95 even though before turning on, it read 73. - I got one reply from their tech support, and then had to return.

So far the air conditioner is working great! It was extremely easy to set up also. I have never purchased a portable air conditioner before so I do not have anything to compare this to. I am very happy with my purchase.

The thermometer doesn't work so it never shuts off when it reaches the desired temperature. After a few months use it squeaks a lot and turns itself off, we're in the middle of the summer heat and it's completely useless now.

Came with a panel hanging off, app is offered only in Chinese and it isn’t very cold.

This item is amazing! It works great! Keeps the whole upstairs cool and maintains even temperature while on.

Didn’t put ou cool air. Not easy to set up and the parts did not fit a regular size window. Would not recommend.

We are not sure if the product got damaged during delivery, but the this product is so loud, it is unbearable. We tried trouble shooting it several times on flat surfaces, bought its own board stand to stand on, leveled it and it is still having major problems. The fan is extremely loud and it cries and rotates like it is being beaten. The air is cool, but due to the fan motor working so hard and loud,I don't think it will be a product that can sustain its quality-- it may break within a few weeks of usage. We just started using it for 3 days now and it sounds broken and it stutters--almost like a car engine crying to wake up when you turn on the ignition key and its just not budging to move.

Not great. I expected this unit to automatically pause once the temperature reaches the level set by the user. But you have to manually turn it off when it gets too cold. Pretty strange for a unit in this price range (not cheap).
