Good quality product

Great stuff. This is the exact product an exterminator used in my residence.

I had tried just about everything to get rid of the voles that tunnel under the grass in my backyard. It takes a while to work (several weeks) before they completely disappear. I break the chunks into four pieces and use a large screw driver to to puncture their tunnel and push the bait inside without disturbing the tunnel too much. I had no problem for about six months but a new crop has begun digging this fall. I've just repaired and expect this new treatment to work as well.

I hope that it has worked. I used it for ground squirrels that have invaded my yard and were eating the oranges, lemons and grapefruit from my trees. It was suggested by a local pest control to break up the pieces and place them as I did near and around the trees. I placed some of the bait near the trees and along the wall, the next morning it was all gone. I have been watching for days now to see more damage and so far there is none. I do not have dogs or cats. This bait has a fruit smell and I believe it attracted the squirrels. We also get desert rats at times so I will keep my eyes open for them too as they will do anything to get into the house. Good product, a solid plastic pail with a very tight lid, not easy to remove which is good because it is a poison. Over all I give it a very good rating, so far it has done what I wanted it to do. If you have pets at your home use accordingly to protect them.

I’m disappointed to say that I don’t think these have done anything for me. They serve as bait for glue traps but I can’t say that they’ve done any more than that.

The rats dont even go in the bait stations so I put some of the bait on the floor of the garage and they would not even touch it.

Good packaging, the plastic pail has kept the bait fresh. Although I did not weigh the contents, I suspect that it was accurate.I gave this item a 4 only because I cannot verify if it tastes like Apple, the color is apropos, and their is indeed a hole trough each block, like a core (LOL).I have not yet seen evidence that the bait has attracted anything, but maybe its repelling - that would be just as good!

It sounded like an animal racetrack above my head! This happens in my home every Spring and late Fall here in rural north MS. The well-known brand I've used for yrs is no longer being sold in the same form and was always short-lived. It hadn't occurred to me to expect anything better - until I ordered JT Eaton's BAIT BLOCK online 2-3 months ago through HOME DEPOT. Besides living out in the country I live here in a mobile home up off the ground. A regular rodents paradise. My home, however, is no longer a welcoming place for critters to hold races since I've begun using the bait bricks. The bricks are very quick to work. One 24 hour period seems to do it. Once a month I throw a few more behind the skirting. That's all. I would love to add a photo, but I do not actually SEE the results - I HEAR the lack of activity... By that I mean that the only sounds audible in my rural home are birds singing, deer walking in my woods nearby and the wind or rain showers. The rodent racetrack has been shutdown.

Rats love it! I did not see any dead rats- I love it. I hope that poison works....

Did not work as well as in Vista, California. Have ordered peanut butter flavor to try.

Exactly as expected. The rats eat this like candy and my problem is now under control

Simple to use, positioned on paper plates in select places inside home, downstairs, and basement crawl space. Went from activity to no activity in about a week. Not sure how long blocks not eaten completely last(work) however I am leaving them in the crawl space indefinitely.

This product worked GREAT!!!!! I went on vacation left product out, when I returned rodent was DEAD!!!!

It took a while but the rats appear to be gone. They did go through about 2/3 of the bucket. I had to put out bait twice. But it seems to be effective. How long they’ll be gone, I don’t know but if they come back. I’ll use it again. I prefer pellets to the large blocks but oh well.
