Great product, maintains its charge even when not in use. The reason I am giving this a 4 rating is because I haven't bought the solar panel yet so I can't wait to get that and see how it charges. Great tool for emergencies, I plugged In a CPap, lamp, phones etc. Al worked well, no complaints and the price is right. In due time I will eventually get the bigger one for other things

For the price, this outdoor portable power station can't be beat. Just wish it provided a little more power.

Does what I bought it to do. Able to get two nights of c-pap use out of one charge using a 12 volt adapter.

I recently purchased the 290 to use in my van conversion. It powers my LED light strips and My MaxxAir ceiling fan. Runs for hours and recharges in a few hours on the solar panels. I received unit with a faulty wall plug. Contacted Customer service by phone and they sent out a new charger in a few days. it works and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would suggest any of the Jackery products. Design and finish are top notch and they do what they say they will do.

I purchased to run a c-pap machine when camping. I also purchased a 12volt cord for the c-pap machine. Using the cord and the Jackery explorer 290 I was able to get two nights of c-pap use on a charge. Obviously the explorer 500 or 550 would be better, but the 290 works for my needs.

I ordered this product for emergency situations. It seems to be built really well. It is light weight and easy to carry and use. I have tested it out and all the functions work really well. It has usb ports an AC plug in and a DC plug in. I really like the lighted meter that shows the usage and amount of charge. Overall I like this power unit and would recommend it.

I'm very impressed by this product. It's light and it powers my laptop, phone, food processor and hair clippers. I have the 60w saga and they work well together. Great invention

I bought this in case of a power outage at home. Didn't need anything too big but want to have power for necessary things and even some unnecessary things. It's light, portable and quick to charge and I can bring in car if necessary. Just what I was looking for!

this is the old model, so buyer beware, there just cleaning out old stock, save your money for the newer model, way more better features. BUT, if you don't care about easier recharging and having a usb-c port for the more modern tool and toys, then ........... the choose is yours

The Jackery 290 is a solid little power station that handles everything I need it to for my camping trips. Considerably more budget friendly than the 500 or 1000 while being quite a bit more travel friendly. I've been using it to charge my phone , laptop, and various lights. I've even used it to run a tower fan for a period of time. It charges quick enough and has adequate battery power for my needs. We're excited to continue utilizing it on all out trips. We may eventually get the Jackery solar panels to accompany it!
