Great experience... excellent customer service...perfect tractor for my lawn.Does an excellent job...so far!

The entire experience was a total pain. I had to buy the 160 in Meadville and my 120 in Hermitage PA. Hermitage was a 5star experience Meadville would get 0 if I could. The Customer Service person was very rude and my mower was missing parts. After a week of arguing back and forth they finally found the missing part. Do yourself a favor and avoid Meadville PA HomeDepot

Big step up from 9 yr old craftsman , cuts good , rides good , plenty of power , looks good . I have a large lawn that is far from flat ( and expanding) so far it has met all expectations

purchased this to replace 16 year old l130. much better handling than 130 and tighter turn. Only fault find after couple uses is you changed the footbed and took out the slight upward bend. Foot tends to slip off pedal as I mow and have to reposition regularly. slightly annoying. way change a good design. We'll see if this last 16 years like l130.. at 74 i'd like to find out

Meets expectations

1.5 hours of use and already needs to be repaired. Not an easy process. It’s been 3 days without an answer, while the machine is just sitting in my shed. Would not go through Home Depot again. I’d rather get my money back and return tractor.

I rejected the delivery because the machine didn’t start

This mower moves great with the forward/reverse pedals. It is so much more nimble than my old John Deere with the conventional transmission. It is a joy to drive, cut through 2 foot tall grass with no problem. I went back over it with the optional bagger system I purchased and it collected it all great. This mower is a beast. I am so impressed I will be purchasing the snow blower attachment to see what it can do in the winter too!

I decided to move up to a 48" deck to reduce my mowing time. Good in theory, but when you have to go over the yard 2 or 3 times, it just doesn't work. This mower was leaving 3-6 inch gaps down the middle that looked like the blades never touched it. To make matters worse, this thing rides worse than a buckboard. After .8 hours, my back hurt like heck and my yard is fairly level. I won't ever go into the customer service (or lack of). I miss my X300

The tractor is awesome. Runs great and is comfortable to ride.

Mower is great. Came with a dead battery though. I had to replace the battery, it was two years old and wouldn’t even take a charge. After that, I’ve cut the grass twice and it works like a champ

The mower itself is fine. White Glove delivery was nice. However, the promised rebate is impossible to collect. The website says that rebates for online purchases will be processed automatically. This is not true. Calls to customer service (clearly offshore) are a dead end. "We have no records, sir." Escalation is not possible. Denial of the rebate online submission is automatic and without recourse . This is particularly troublesome because the rebate was what clinched the deal for us. We could not have bought it at this time otherwise. I am very disappointed with Home Depot for allowing this kind of dishonest practice to exist.

Only used it for about 2 hours and I'm still learning exactly how some of the features operate to be honest. So far though its been great. I'm glad I spent a little bit more and got the 160. If you have a big yard 1+ acre that isn't completely flat, then the 160 is definitely going to get the job done. A lot of the extra features begin at the 160 size also. Great lawn tractor in my opinion.

Had problems with the rebate, that was a complete problem, but the mower is fantastic.

Awesome tractor with all the features you need to take care of a big yard, the 48" deck makes a big difference when cutting around landscaping features. Was hesitant to spend the extra money for the 160 but absolutely worth it after using it to knock out some big outdoor projects.
