Met my expectations - was not as irritating as prior fiberglass. Store pick up went well

If you do not go around pipes it's okay. I insulated the bedroom crawl space with another brand and insulated pipes and ducts with no issues at all. Then the rest of the home had 23" joists. Paper is too thin and will not go around duct work or pipes without additional support or it will tear away. I should have paid a little more and gone with another brand. I don't know when JM changed the facing to tissue paper but it used to be a great product.

My order was wrong...the associate was supposed to order 23.5 inch insulation. I live 1.5 hrs away from a store, and had to make do with the supplies we were delivered.

This stuff is really easy to install. Used it to insulate wife’s home studio. Amazing how much it reduced the outside noise. Great product.

Installation fine but Home Depot refused to accept return for credit of unused packages. This seems contrary to the regular policy and left a negative and expensive feeling on my part

For what this is manufactured for I would give it five stars. I only gave 4 stars because I would have like to have the encapsulated insulation. This insulation cuts easily, and stays together so you don't have bits of insulation flying around. I used it under a floor in a crawl space.

I got what I ordered. The product was as described on the web site. It arrived in a timely manner. Works as advertised.

We bought this product to insulate the ceiling in a metal shed and it works perfectly. We feel the difference in the temperature from before we used it and now after insulating with the R-19! I highly recommend this R-19 for ceiling insulation.

Used this 6 inch r-19 in garage vaulted ceiling 2 in 12 pitch 8 inch rafters. Installed air baffles against bottom of roof deck to ridge vent to exhaust hot air here during Woodland Hills summer! Radient heat from roof caused garage to be 130 degrees...! Should knock the heat down to outside temp. - we'll know by August. Stapled easily though wish the paper was doubled in staple area to hold better. Used simpson wire spring holders to help hold the batts in place. Good product so far & didn't seem too itchy to handle. PS - get the staple gun with spring loaded handle - fewer pounds of pressure to pull handle much easier to use overhead in big job.
