Don’t buy
This was the replacement I got to the previous dead tree I got. The new one was much worse had two trunks that could completely disintegrate

Received the plan and it was in bad shape. Tried to help her get some life back but not looking good. I’ve ordered plants from HD before with no issues

Love my money tree!
I originally ordered a money tree & it showed up in pretty bad shape. The company reached out and asked what they could do to make it right and they did it exactly that. They made everything right! They sent me a new plant no questions asked & it arrived very quickly. I really couldn’t be happier. I greatly appreciate it! THANK YOU!

worried
delivery was in the freezing condition s, 😫 I ran out and grabbed as soon as it was dropped off! I'm afraid it's not going to snap back!!

My poor plant was dead on arrival. I just opened the box that was delivered and this is whats inside. I was so excited for it to get here now i dont know what to do. :(

It arrived dead :(
When I opened the box, all the leaves were dying, some of them were already dry or soggy.

Well, after taking it out of the shipping container it appeared a little beaten up. I removed leaves the had an infestation after a week or so its filling and up more like the picture. There were no repotting instructions. So, please advise.

arrived damaged and smaller than expected
This plant might be worth $31 if it were larger and purchased in the store, but I highly recommend not purchasing online. It arrived upside down due to the UPS delivery person unable to follow the directions and arrows on the box. So the plant stems are completely damaged and the plant looks very small and sad without leaves. An unfortunate waste of money with the irony of the plant name. (Mousepad in photo for scale.)

Def cannot sustain this plant with two ice cubes per week, let alone the high risk of damage from the cubes or their barely unfrozen water causing temperature shock. If the plant makes it to Spring, will return to your site with pics and a bubbly review. Let's hope that is what transpires

Received a dead plant with no foliage
I sent this plant as a housewarming gift, and it’s arrived as seen in the photo. literally not a single leaf in sight, just a set of chopped dead stems in dirt. I have no clue how this was allowed to be shipped out, and it’s was so embarrassing to have my friend receive it as a gift.

Very securely packaged. Lost about 1 tsp of dirt in transport. My UPS delivery person read and adhered to the package instructions. Plant looks exactly as pictured. 18 inches from top of plant to the bottom of the container. 5 plants braided together secured with a green twist tie. I left the twist tie on hoping the plants will continue to grow twisted together. The picture below was taken 30 minutes after the plant arrived at my front door.

Adorable!
This little guy looks adorable and is the perfect size! It adds a nice green touch next to the TV on the chimney, I love it. It looks a little bit thirsty on the photo but it's because I've just received it and unpacked it. I've added 2 ice cubes as recommended.

Not what I was expecting..
I would have loved it but the tree came somewhat flimsy. The leaves do not look like the leaves in the pictures. They aren’t perky and look as if it was not handled carefully prior to transit. The box it arrived in was not damaged and we opened it as soon as we got it. I’m hoping we can restore it back to life. It’s been two weeks already and still looks the same.

Poor when I bought it
When I got this plant, it was half dead! It needed to be repotted badly. And once I got it I did and it’s slowly coming back thank goodness. I love these trees. I recommend if you know what your doing then your good. :)

The Money Tree just arrived; the first plant of a little jungle I'm assembling during quarantine here in my New York apartment. It came in pristine condition, as if the UPS driver rode with in his arms the whole way. Expertly packed, making mine look better than Home Depot's picture. Definitely recommend this item.
