Don't buy this fryer!!!
Don't buy this fryer!!! The tank that holds the filtered oil is very cheaply made.

every part of the fryer works , the basket sits...
every part of the fryer works , the basket sits 1 full inch higher or out of the oil at the handle,i had to
modify or straighten and rebend the handle to allow the basket to drop down into the oil , level !
Would be great with a better basket

Not as happy with this as I thought I would be. In my opinion, the heating element sits too high in the oil so you only gey use of about half the oil in the pot making it kind of shallow maybe 1 1/2" deep. You just can cook much at a time so if you are cooking for more than one person it isnt really efficient.

Only 4 because the reservoir for filtered oil is very difficult to use. It comes apart and spills oil. Needs to be made so it does not come apart so easily especially when it is full of oil.
