A perfect match for Kohler toilet. It was also very easy to install. The soft close feature works perfectly.

Have several of these seats, 2 have cracked. Over a year so Kohler will not replace, they do not stand behind their product.

My old seat which was only a few years old was very heavy and stained underneath where it could no longer be cleaned. This one is light but definitely not poor quality. Easy to install, quiet, shiny, doesn’t move around and much easier to clean.

I am very satisfied with this product. Unlike all the toilet seats that I have purchased in the past, this model has metal mounting bolts, either stainless steel or bright nickel plated steel, instead of plastic like most others. The nuts are plastic but are tapered and split so that alignment is "automatic" and as you tighten the bolt down the nut is compressed on the bolt making it a lot more stable. I don't think I will ever have to tighten the mounting bolts again.

The description on the box said it had adjustable hinges. It does not. Also, the pictorial installation instructions were generic and did not show the actual hardware in the box. Caused a lot of confusion before I figured it out. Installed OK without adjustable hinges, but really annoyed they couldn't even accurately describe the product.

I purchased two of these seats and both the website and the box itself shows that this is supposed to have the quick release feature. Upon installing them and trying to figure out how to do the quick release while referring to the instruction on the box, I found out that the seats included in the box were not quick release. The hardware included were just a bolt, a washer and the lock nut. The hinge itself is closed plastic, not like the one showed on the box where the other end is open ended allowing you to pull the toilet seat out.

Did not include rubber bumpers so seat moves when sitting on it. Plastic also feels very cheap. I'll be lucky if this seat lasts a year.

We like our new toilet seats. I would like them to close faster but that's no big deal.

This is a very easy to install replacement for a basic toilet seat. We had upgraded the seat that came with our toilet to a deluxe battery-powered version that eventually broke. Not wanting to buy another deluxe model but no longer having the original seat, we were in need of a replacement that matched our toilet. This model appeared to fit the bill, and did not disappoint. It is definitely a very basic seat, with a much lower profile than the original or other seat we had on this toilet, sitting nearly an inch lower. Otherwise it is comfortable and seems durable.

I WILL BE REPLACING A WOODEN SEAT THAT IS STARTING TO SHOW WEAR, LIKE SCRATCHES AND PAINT FADING FROM CLEANING BY RUBBING WITH A SPONGE AND OR A CLOTH. THIS NEW SEAT IS WELL PUT TOGETHER AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE SEAT WAS VERY EASY. THE QUICK RELEASE HINGES COMES IN HANDY FOR EASE OF CLEANING. THE WAY THIS SEAT IS MADE , I WON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SCRATCHES AND NICKS.

Just when you think you have seen it all Kohler comes up with a reasonably priced 'Quite-Close' toilet seat. Not only is it very easy to install the mounting hardware keeps the seat from slipping either sideways or back and forth. However I couldn't figure out how the quick release hinges worked which are supposed to easily release the seat from the toilet for cleaning purposes. Then I noticed the installation pictures on the box didn't exactly match the mounting hardware shipped with the toilet set. So I navigated to the Kohler web site and looked up the toilet set using the model number from the box (20110-0). The Kohler site highlights the toilet seat has the 'Quite-Close' lid but no mention of the quick release hinges which matches what I have. In a nutshell, its a great product (i.e. 5 stars) but the Home Depot web page needs to be corrected (no quick release hinges) and Kohler needs to correct the box labeling which doesn't mention the 'Quite-Close' technology but does mention the seat having the quick-release hinges.

I have found Kohler product to be of great quality and easy to install, and this toilet seat falls right in line with that. All you need for installation is included in the box, and it will fit any elongated toilet. Of course it looks great on my Kohler toilet! The seat itself is comfortable, and stable. Some seats will slide around a bit when you sit on them. I have not had that problem with this one. The finish is glossy and it cleans up nicely.

This is not very thick plastic, can't stand on the thin lid to look out the bathroom window like the wood one I had for 6 years, but it cracked shortly after I choose this one. This is very east to install. It comes with actual metal screws instead of those awful plastic ones. Does what it's supposed to do. Because it's plastic and not painted wood, we'll see if it last longer than our previous wood one.

Our existing toilet seat was the standard enameled wooden type. Wood is definitely the benchmark for sturdy seats. The Brevia Slow-Close Round Closed Front Toilet Seat was an exact size replacement and easy to install. I was attracted by the “Slow-Close” feature. The sound of a grandkid allowing the old lid to fall could certainly be annoying. The new seat and lid both close slowly and quietly. I was concerned that its plastic construction might make it feel flimsy especially when sitting on the lid. However, I was pleased to find it reasonably solid and doesn’t bend or slide around. It is a comfortable seat. I will be anxious to see how durable it really is. I will be pleased when Kohler comes out with a molded wood version of this product. At $26 it is comparable to other similar models and brands

Received the round seat and quickly installed it. It was a piece of cake on the installation. It doesn't slide around, which my dad thinks plastic seats do. It stays put. I'm a larger woman and it sits comfortable under my seat. There is no pinching or awkwardness. Yet, it is just as comfortable for the thinner men in my household. It is very bright white and took a bit of adjusting for us as our previous seat was black. The lid is a fairly slow closer which makes it safe for young children. My pictures do not do the white justice.

My friend’s girlfriend broke the old toilet seat. This one seems like a good replacement, though no toilet seat is probably intended to be used in that fashion.

We just bought a replacement Brevia elongated toilet seat for the same model which broke after 4 years. The new one is very poorly made. The seat is very loose on the hinge. The molded back bumpers are so small the seat flexes when sitting on it (170#). It appears an alternative supplier and modified design was chosen with poor quality control of the finished product.

Easy to install and look good. Slow close works well. Have not tested them for durability yet.

This qality product is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time I use it. The Home Depot is my go-to place for my DIY projects. They are the best in town. :)

Got the seat home and opened the shrink wrap and the lid was broken and the seat was a differnt color. This is after previously purchasing a seat and after opening the shrink wrap there was black glue on the seat. And, then the Kohler toilet from Home Depot was defective and it leaked from the pee-trap. Home Depot needs to have a coversation about quality. 3 trips to HD and paying for a second installstion. Not happy at all.
