Great toilet base. Well made, perfect finish. Love the "comfort" height. Easy install but had to use oversize/double wax ring due to the floor flange being recessed a bit. Works perfect.

Kohler no longer makes Almond. HD sold me wrong tank. So I’m stuck with mismatched bowl/tank. Whole experience disaster.

Ridiculous that the charge for ice gray is so much more than white. Also the fact that I had to purchase all the pieces individually is ridiculous. I also had to buy the mounting hardware and toilet seat. I have not installed it yet

Comfort Height is comfortable. I had to purchase a new toilet in Ice Gray. I bought both pieces, tank and bowl. Follow ordering guide, to insure compatibility. Easy to install. Works great.

I installed two KOHLER Cimarron WaterSense Toilets at the beginning of the summer: one Round Comfort Height 2-Piece Toilet 10-in Rough-In in my basement and this Comfort Height Elongated with a regular 12-in Rough-in in my upstairs bathroom. Both have been outstanding. I had never installed a toilet before, but they were easy to install and adjust and have worked flawlessly. I went from having to violently plunge the basement toilet at least once a week to never having had to plunge all summer long! They also both clear themselves with a single flush every time. And since my previous toilets were twenty years old and were probably using five gallons a flush, I'm saving money, too. 100% satisfied with this product.

The extra 2 inches in height is really helpful for the elderly and people with knee conditions. This item has a really strong flush and is a real water saver. I would strongly recommend this product.

Was a fine toilet that unfortunately we could not use since it's slightly larger physical size than the Kohler toilet it replaced prevented us from using it. We bought a different Kohler toilet that met our needs.

We are happy with this toilet, although we preferred the 1.6 litre elongated model which we ordered originally. It arrived damaged and a replacement was no longer available. This product is significantly more expensive in Canada, so for cross border shoppers this was a great deal. Overall, we are satisfied, and the customer service department were excellent.

I've only had it installed for 3 days, but so far so good. Flushes well, seems to use little water, and is quiet.

Toilet seat was missing although the images on the box and the website did not specify that one needs to buy them separately.
