Beautiful new addition to our bathroom!

The aerator was missing from the faucet. Took two visits to the Home Depot to get the missing part.

There is a T connection that leaked, water squirting. Had to call Kohler, and they sent a replacement T and hoses - Talked to them on a Monday 9am, and received parts for free on Wednesday afternoon. Everything is fine now. Love the faucet.

This product was an improvement over the existing fixture which was an older Devonshire faucet. That faucet had a failed cartridge which was fused into the valve, which is a common issue with Koehler valves. Being unable to remove the cartridge without destroying the valve, I bought a new faucet. The new faucet used set screws to tighten the valve from below the counter into a secure position. Note, though, that the eccentric washer used under the sink might need more clearance from the back wall to fit. I had to grind out 1/2” of the back wall to allow room. All in all, an easy installation.

It's very sturdy and exactly the right size so that it doesn't look too little for the vanity. It works extremely well!

The faucets are beautiful. The Plummer said The faucets are beautiful. The plumber said the wrong size of washer was provided with them so they leaked when first installed. He bought the right size of washer, installed it and they no longer leaked.

The Devonshire faucets go great with my Kohler pedestal sink.

Kohler products are always superior to the competition. I have used other manufacturers, but always come back to Kohler. I used their bath and Kitchen products exclusively in a recent major home renovation and am very pleased. Best yet, if there is ever a defect or warranty issue, they respond immediately with a replacement or replacement part. One issue I noticed lately is there needs to be more quality control in shipping products. On several occasions, I received faucets with missing or incorrect components. Kohler responded quickly when I called, but it also meant an additional trip to the house for the plumber.

I love this faucet. I first purchased in 2007 and during our remodel decided to purchase again. They are beautiful and if good quality.

It is a beautiful faucet. However, I did need to buy three and return two to get a complete and perfectly finished faucet. The first one was missing two of the three connecting water lines. The second had areas on the spout that were not fully finished in brass. Third was perfect!

This faucet is stunning! It looks beautiful installed on my vanity- the icing on the cake. I purposely bought the Devonshire design because it is classic. Not too traditional not too modern. Great design and great quality. I love the Devonshire design so much I purchased shower fixtures to match!
