Don’t Buy
Flush valve hangs open all the time and if you don’t catch it, water will run all day. Biggest piece of junk Koehler ever made!

Kohler toilet. Has a fast refill.
We purchased this toilet and Love it!! Fast refill , our other toilet not kohler took almost 3 minutes to fill, this one just under 30 seconds. Excellent flush nothing left behind. I will eventually replace our other toilet with this brand. Very happy and would recommend.

Purchase good but parts missing!
While the purchase experience online with HD was good, the product packaging was missing some important parts preventing installation and commissioning. The toilet tank to bowl rubber gasket was missing and had to be ordered online with Kohler. While they did send a free kit, it did delay installation. HD should probably stock proper spares for this as I could not find a genuine replacement part.

terrible design
Looks Good, Feels Good BUT the "save he world" non filling toilet bowl supposedly counteracted by Kholer's new state of the art technology, "The AQUA PISTON and 360 degree flush system" doesnt seem to be working out for me. Is anybody else constantly having to wipe human waste out of the toilet bowl?

Dapper, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. I am sorry to hear of the cleanliness issue you are experiencing with the Elmbrook toilet. The chain connecting to the trip lever should be taut. If there is any slack, it should be tightened to remove the slack. The water level can also be checked. The water level in the tank should be at the water line which is marked on the inside back wall of the tank or on the flush valve. The refill tube can be checked as well. It should be connected at both ends connecting the fill valve to the center of the canister valve. If either end is disconnected, it should be pushed back into place. Please also ensure there is water coming out of all of the rim holes around the bowl when the toilet is flushed. Leaks
Within 10 months of purchase this toilet leaks every time it is flushed. I have replaced the flush-valve seal and it still leaks. This toilet is a Piece of….no pun intended. Do yourself a favor and avoiding utilizing this “throne”.

Bought one, then another and another. I wasn’t sure about...
Bought one, then another and another. I wasn’t sure about installing a low flow toilet but I have been impressed. I can’t believe how much I like it. Fills in about 20 seconds, no clogs, everything flushes.

Excellent
Very happy with this toilet. Great flusher. Fairly quiet and quick tank refill. Installation easy. I had been looking at the Cimmaron but this Elmbrook cost $100 less and I don't feel I've missed out on anything.

Kohler makes this easy
So easy to install, took me less than an hour. I find Kohler to have an exceptional product line and it is the third Kohler toilet we have put in our house. Everything you need is in the box except for a rag and a wrench.

Toilet no longer flushes!!
I've been purchasing Kohler toilets for the past 10 years. I purchased the elmbrook May of 22, and it has now stopped flushing, I now have to hold down the handle to flush. I already replaced the tank 2x. Not impressed! I should not have to keep going back to the store to look for a solution. Kohler should step up and resolve this issue.

Continuously Run. Tank internals design Flaw
I've owned 2 of these toilets for a few years and they are absolute garbage. THEY CONTINUOUSLY RUN. There is a design flaw in the tank drainage system that creates a constant fill cycle. I thought maybe I got a lemon but for 2 to do the exact same thing is not a coincidence. I've installed enough toilets to know it's not user error. When I first purchased these toilets the problem began within 3 months of use. I told the plumbing department and all they did was recommend replacing the flow valve. I tried that with KOHLER replacement parts. Didn't do anything. Still run. I cleaned the seals. I checked the water. No debris. I never put chemicals in the tank. These are not worth the 300 dollar plus price. I won't buy Kohler again. They're going to the curb.
