I'm waiting for the third reorder to arrive. I need this pretty towel rack to have the open end on the other side. All specs say you just have to loosen a set screw to flip it. So far NONE of the set screws would loosen. I had several professionals including those at Home Depot try, but everyone agreed the screw was mis-threaded. Yes, that's right, all 3 were defective

I really like the "Mistos" line however, this towel ring doesn't reverse so the opening to put your towel on is on the right only. Poor design or they should offer lefts. You should think about that before you order. I even called Kohler to no avail.

This looks nice, but if you want to install this on opposing walls on either side of a sink (a very common configuration), then forget it. It cannot be reconfigured - the open end only points one way. It's half of a product. Kohler should have known better than to put out a design like this.

Pros Stylish Cons silly design flaw

this towel ring has a lovely extruded look that goes well with the brushed nickel features in our new house. It was super easy to install and does not take up a lot of wall space in the 1/2 bath which is a rare commodity. The open end of the "ring" is great for ease of towel replacement.

Pros Sleek, Easy to Use, Sturdy, Performs Well, Easy to Install, Looks Great, Stylish, Good Size & Weight, Modern, Durable, Great Value, Easy to Clean, Good Use of Space

We have a 2-sink configuration where the towel racks hang on opposing walls. It is not reversible! We'll be returning these and finding something else. Too bad because we really like the look

I didn't really want to buy this product, but wanted to match towel bar and paper holder, so I went with it. It's ok, but I don't love it. It's also larger than other towel rings so that's a plus.

Pros Easy to Use, Good Size & Weight, Modern, Sleek Cons looks great
