Sharp looking toilet. Wanted something high end looking for our recent bathroom remodel, and this one looks great. Seems to flush well and strongly (have only had it installed for a day so can’t say too much on that yet). My only complaint is the price and the fact that it doesn’t come with a seat - kind of expensive and really, for that much money they can’t throw in a seat? But ponied up for a nice, quality seat to go on it.

Stop shopping and buy this toilet. You’ll not find a better one.

I was looking for a fancier type toliet for my main floor 1/2 bath and this one fit the bill. Perfect height and look with only 1 minor issue, the lid didn't fit perfectly and wobbled. My husband figured out a way to stabilize it, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise perfect!!

Do yourself a favor and buy the 1.6 GPF model! After adding a long-awaited second bath to our home we took the advice of the plumbing supply place and went with a 1.28 GPF...it never saved us water. Even with two of us in the house we’d wait to use the ‘real’ bathroom instead of the expensive add-on that was quite beautiful with the Kohler memoirs pedestal and toilet but it just didn’t flush well. Cleaning it and there were regularly blue stripes of cleanser left in the bowl because water doesn’t hit all the surface area. I contacted Kohler to ask if we could simply replace the tank, and while that wasn’t an option- it still likely wouldn’t have cleared the bowl. Fast forward 7 years and I wanted to take a sledgehammer to our 1.28. Having exhausted our options, we re-invested in a 1.6 memoirs and had it shipped from HD. Took 2! days to get to us and our plumber put it in a week later. (He promised to sledge the old one for me) It’s PERFECT!! The power of the flush is amazing, even better than our first Kohler we have in our other bath and it is easy to clean!!! Buy it! It’s gorgeous!

I had ordered 3 of these to be shipped to the store. 1st two are look great and operate great. I ordered the elongated quiet close lid seperately. Of the 3 ordered, there was issue with the glazing on the porcelain on one of them, so I brought back to HD and re ordered. Very Easy process. 2nd one they shipped directly to my house. That was broken during delivery. Again, brought to HD and reordered. 3 time was a charm, because it arrived fine with no imperfections. Kudos to the Home Depot reps online and the associates at the store, which provide very friendly and accommodating service, especially in this day in age.

this comfort height Kohler toilet is fabulous. The beautiful lines of the over sized toilet look wonderful. This is truly a product that will last a lifetime. The flushing mechanism is very nice and strong.

Excellent product: hassle free delivery

First time I purchased this item, plus delivery, plus installation, Home Depot canceled the order and returned the toilet to the manufacturer because it arrived damaged to Home Depot. I reordered the same item, had it delivered and installed for entirely too much money and it is fine. I still have not received the refund for the first canceled order of this item. Have had to open a dispute through PayPal and will have to file a formal complaint with the NC State Attorney General to get the refund, Don’t buy anything whatsoever from Home Depot. They do this non-refund all the time. Am also told I have to extract the installation fee for the canceled order from the partner company, ARS, that does the installation. This has been dragging on for a month with no resolution. Too much money to pay twice for the one stupid toilet, wish I had never purchased it from Home Depot.

I have been very happy with this toilet so far. The water level in the bowl is higher so it catches more stuff that might stain the side of the toilet. The flush is strong. The toilet looks good.

Stylish toilet with strong flush.

Only received one base and 5 tanks. Still waiting to hear from Home Depot haven’t heard anything since I made the incomplete delivery claim 2 weeks ago.

We have this toilet in another bathroom. Its wonderful. We decided to change out another toilet in our house with this toilet. After 2 attempts - first attempt, the bowel was basically missing and shattered, with the tank completely cracked. Second delivery, the base had 4 cracks at the drain and an epoxy was applied to apparently seal the cracks, which ran down the side and hardened. How do these broken items get boxed and shipped? None of the boxes had any indication of damage. So disappointing. Did not try a third time. Purchased from my plumber instead.

Both toilets were delivered broken so I never got to see how they functioned. They were out of stock on the order page so I couldn’t reorder new ones.

I’ve purchased three of these toilets in the past, for a past home. Very happy with the look, install and operation. Same flush rate as previous units but, only have to flush once now. However, the customer service end of this purchase was rather dismal due to the fact that Home Depot’s 3rd party delivery had either lost my product or neglected the delivery date.

Arrived damaged. Reordered, waited a week, that one was never delivered. Told by carrier it was damaged as well. Called to reorder and was told it would take 2 weeks this token to arrive but was listed as out of stock on Home Depot site and kohler site so had to order another toilet entirely. Have been delayed a month now with no toilet due to incompetence of Home Depot and the carriers was offered a menial discount

First order for home delivery. Toilet was broken where tank was to connect. Second order to store waited 10 days for shipment from Atlanta. Also broken same place so I cannot give a good review. I finally gave up on this particular type unit.

Elegant and flushes well! Love the slow close seat I ordered as well to go with it.
