The faucet was well made and looks great; however, the installation was frustrating with supply tubes that were of low quality without a way to change them to better quality hoses.

I moved and wanted (immediately) to replace the kitchen faucet with a Kraus like the one I had installed in my previous kitchen. I absolutely loved my old Kraus faucet -- I installed it myself -- first faucet I ever installed -- great instructions -- piece of cake! However, my previous model was no longer available so I choose another. I chose a similar style. I've only had it for a month but it looks spectacular, works great, I'm a happy camper!

Looks great! Well made! Haven't installed it yet because we're waiting for plumbing to be completed.

We wanted to match an existing bathroom decor that had brass fixtures and shower door. This brushed gold was just the thing. Since the sinl had three holes I selected the model with the cover plate to conceal the two unused holes. Works great. I do question the use of silicon grease as a sealant around the sink drain. Plumber's putty is the traditional and safe way to seal around the drain.

box appeared brand new but the faucet has a small scratch. otherwise its exactly the right color. plan on returning and requesting a replacement. Ive never had a kraus faucet but i do have a 10” deep sink that is beautiful so i assumed the same quality would be similiar with a faucet. I generaly only buy moen. If not for the scratch, i would give a 5 star.
