The sink leaves scuff marks when pans hit the sides of it. My sink is less than one month old and already has scuff marks. I thought it would be more durable than that.

I gave the sink 4 stars. (Not giving 5 stars yet.) Sink has been installed 3 weeks. So far, haven’t had problems with it. I’m pleased so far.

I had to reorder for smaller same item different size but not same at all very very disappointed and distrustful now but out of time to return. Shocking really had I known it was a deceitful description would not have gone with same from Kraus first one too big I fell in love with now I’m living in my new build with a sink I hate ….shameful

This sink is everything we expected and more. The shipping was great (on time and undamaged) The only problem I had installing the sink was the clips would not tighten enough to secure the sink well. I just shimmed the underside of the countertop so the clips would tighten securely. We ordered the black sink and the finish is excellent! Would recommend

Has transformed our kitchen in the best possible way! Upgraded from an old smaller, thin gauge stainless steel sink. Easy installation. Good solid build quality. Retains water temp for much longer, and makes the garbage disposal quieter than before. All around a high end looking and feeling sink, which looks amazing in our kitchen, and makes our kitchen look amazing!

The sink stains
We would not recommend this sink. We have had it for about 6 weeks and love the aesthetics and function but were sad to learn how easily the sink stains and how much cleaning is required to keep its appearance. I am accustomed to wiping down sinks regularly but not to staining through routine usage. It hold stains like a white tshirt. And yes, you can clean it (not easily) but do you want to do that every time you use a sink?

The stated over or undermount is wrong . It can not be undermounted unless you have a oversized sink base . It will NOT fit inside a standard sink base .

The sink was fine but the color was not what was showing. It’s more like a concrete silver so that was a big disappointment

Superb quality material and the dark grey color is beautiful with my granite countertop. I’d say it’s a “griege” color in that it has a dark grayish brown tone. Installers had no problems installing around a previous under mount sink. The all-in-one drop-in/under mount set-up worked perfectly as I needed the room at the top for the faucet which had to be mounted outside existing granite. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the nice new drain assembly/strainer as it didn’t fit my plumbing.

We had to order this sink 4 times because every time it was delivered the sink inside was broken. Very frustrating as it pushed renovations back while we waited for a sink that wasn’t broken to finally be delivered.

Barely Used and Discolored!
Extremely disappointed, it has barely been used yet it’s discolored! Turned white-ish in no time and don’t know how to make it better. Have used soft cloth with dish soap, as I understand not to use anything more harsh. I wouldn’t recommend and definitely wouldn’t buy again, extremely disappointed.
