Very nice looking faucet. Quick and easy assembly. Met our expectations. Flexibility is great while still feeling sturdy. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.

Love the look but have had less than a year and the water spray is faulty. The water pressure trickles out and switches to spray mode. The only way to get full water pressure is to hold the spray button down.

This is a terrific upgrade from what was in our kitchen before. Only two comments....1. The arrow on the plastic connector for the spray hose has an arrow on it. My opinion is the arrow should point in the direction of the water flow. By following the install directions, it points away from the direction of water flow. 2. The red arrow sticker on the base of the main unit is described as lining up with the engraved arrow on the piece that seats through the counter top. It's a quality control issue in that the red arrow was in the wrong place to allow for mating of the two pieces. Someone put the arrow half around the main unit. But not too hard to figure out the solution. 3. The swivel action of the main unit should have a little more friction to it. It swings around too easily. Still we are very happy with this product overall.

This product did not let any hot water through! My plumber tried for 3 hours to get it to work!

The head spray got broken after one year of use, the switcher on that head spray stopped working, can't use this faucet, poor quality, I am very frustrated

The top down drop in installation was by far the easiest and quickest I have ever experienced. No crawling under the sink and trying to bend arms around a sink to screw on a fastening bolt by hand, let alone an extension wrench. I installed the faucet in less than 5 minutes.

I had this faucet for about a year. Similar to other reviews here, the faucet spray broke. The water pressure just trickles and will not spray unless you hold down the button. I can't seem to find a replacement spray head. Quality should last more than a year for the price. Very disappointing.

Would definitely buy again. I am very pleased with my new faucet.

This product was very easy to install. Mounting the faucet to the countertop is done on the topside and not underneath. An allen wrench was supplied for this installation. Under the sink the typical tools were used.

It's very hard to install. Maybe if i had a plumber.

Compared to the Pfister faucet I had previously, this was a breeze to install! Highly recommend!

Product has inferior parts and and customer service is horrible. Had to return 2 faucets.

I’ve had the faucet for several weeks now and I love it!

Love the look, but after less than a year of use, the nozzle broke. Seems like an easy replacement, but surprised to see this happened so quickly, or at all.

Happy with the smooth installation, good looks and ease of use. However, after 11 month, the head sprayer become defective, defaulting into a mid state between spray and flow after each use. Each time you open faucet it sprays and flows and sputters until you press one or another of the two operating modes.

Is a nice product for the money. Simple design, modern style. Kraus has nice products for the money.

Love this faucet. Very flexible hose. Perfect for giving my small dogs a bath.
