We purchased this sink summer of 2019 and had it professionally installed. The size is the only thing we like about it. We did not like the metal grate the bottom- not cushioned and a nightmare to clean, and keep clean. So removed it and found 2 stainless, silicone coated mats which worked better with easier access for cleaning and to the drain area. This sink design DOES NOT DRAIN thoroughly with the poor design. The drain basket does not have a fine enough “sieve” for our home plumbing care.
Now, the most disappointing aspect of this sink is the finish. Even with the use of the suggested cleaners, it does NOT clean up well to a spotless finish, plastic items even scratch the stainless steel!?!? I like our home looking clean when I finish cleaning things- NOT THIS SINK!

This is truly a beautiful kitchen sink. Clean lines, a mostly flat bottom, heavy gauge (thickness) stainless steel. I bought this for a kitchen renovation and it is perfect. I just wish my kitchen had the space for the double sink... but considering this model is larger than most other single bowl kitchen sinks... it does work great.
The attention to detail is something, even the packaging is perfect. I have not seem something like a sink packaged so carefully.
The sink itself is a work of art. I read that the sink was designed to have sound deadening properties.... and I have had kitchen sinks where a dropped fork sounded like a church bell.... not this sink. Even my garbage disposal is quieter with this sink.
Five stars? Can I give it six?... or maybe a 10.
PS - Even though this review is being enter into a sweepstake... that has no bearing on my review.
I would be thoroughly impressed and giving it an outstanding review even if there was no sweepstake.

Beautiful sink
We get compliments every time someone sees our sink. Its gorgeous and huge!! We had the sink about 2 weeks when our tile people must have tried to wipe out the residue from our having our backsplash done...its so scratched from that. I'm upset because it's an under mount sink so we are stuck with it. That being said, I love this sink! Just be careful of scratching it

The sink looked great, installers said it was quality. However, don't use the Kraus recommended cleaning product BioClean. We ordered it and used it after having the sink in for two weeks. The product scratched the heck out of the sink, making it useless and we have to replace the sink. That is why the one star, wasted money and effort, and in my opinion not our fault as we did exactly what Kraus said to do. My error was not checking the BioClean product on a little spot first, but I figured Kraus knew what it was talking about when they recommended BioClean.

Quality sink
Installed this sink in our kitchen after doing quite a bit of research. You can tell it a quality item when you see it and touch it. Very solid metal construction , very good sound deading, size was spot on to published specs. we love the bottom racks for each compartment. Fit and finish are top notch.

A little disappointed
The sink is beautiful and spacious however,was only installed a month ago and we have numerous scratches on the bottom. We use the protective grates. I also made a mistake in ordering as I did not realize it was not a polished , brushed stainless steel which would hide some of that. It is a little too shiny for my taste and the water spatters do not seem to drain off. But I do just love the size of it.

Awesome Sink, More Than Expected
I've read most of the reviews for it. What people don't understand is why they have problems. Having managed restaurants for years you expect to see their issues. This is just like a commercial food service sink. I have a hiarch Moen faucet and the spout is 21 inches from the sink bottom. Yes it will splash and yes it will water spot if not cleaned right. Had the same issues in the restaurants. Clean with Barkeeper's Friend and Rain X it. Will fix it. The size is fantastic. Put after dinner dishes in an didn't fill one side. My grill grates will lay flat so they can now soak. BUY THIS SINK. You will be awe struck at it's size. keep it cleaned and treated to repel water if that bothers you. You will love it

looks sharp
Very nice sink. Heavy, strong steel and clean lines. Very well built. Good sound proofing, good drainage. Some reviews complain about poor drainage because of a flat build, but i didnt have that issue. Its not an agressive drain angle, but it drains fine. This Kraus sink feels amd looks like an $800 sink. Very happy

You need to see this sink in person to understand how beautiful it is. Pictures do not do justice. It's extremely solid too, no flex and has a solid sound to it when you place pots, silverware, etc into it. Very thick metal.
Highly recommend.

This sink looked amazing when it was first installed, but it is not meant to be used, AT ALL. I have only lightly used this sink, and I am the only one that has used it... it is all discolored and scratches super easy! DO NOT BUY THIS... I bought one for my kitchen and one for my laundry room.... that one had rust spots and I hardly used it!
And the worst part.. it's an undermount sink and a newly renovated kitchen that I sunk a lot of money into. I don't know if I'll be able to replace it without damaging my new granite counters or new cherry cabinets!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. I have tried so many different ways to clean it... I have had many stainless steel sinks and have never had any issues like this.

Most Elegant Side Drain Deep Bowl Sink I Found
I expended a lot of effort looking for the "right Sink" when i decided to remodel my very small kitchen, and the only location for the sink was in the corner. I could not afford to give up too much counter space and hated the idea of a D-bowl shallow depth sink. This Sink fit just perfect and is as visually appealing as it is practical. This project isn't finished but i can't wait to start using this awesome looking Sink.

Attractive and deep enough for crabbing
My husband and I live on a bay where we often go crabbing. Sometimes we catch several crabs and need to cook them in a huge canning pot. It doesn't fit in the dishwasher, and it didn't fit in our previous sink. It fits easily into our new, deep Kraus sink. We enjoy the crabs more knowing it will be easy to clean the pot! Add to that the durability of the heavy-gauge stainless steel and the beautiful look of this sink, and we feel like our kitchen is heaven.

I love my new sink. It was an easy install, I am woman, that tells you how easy it was to install. I removed my shallow double pan sink because I wanted a large deep single pan so I could wash my large gumbo pots easily. I also wanted it to wash my dogs. I can wash my 30lb beagle in this sink and still have room to move her around. I did install a 23" high pull down faucet that swivels 360 degree which makes washing my dogs or large pot even easier.

Literally the worst stainless sink I've ever owned. The material is cheap, it spots terribly, and the pitch seems off, its so hard to rinse out completely and there is always water left in the bottom. It seems cheaply made, would definitely not recommend.

Our sinks are designed with 1/8" slope along the base to help guide water towards the drain. I want to recommend reviewing the way the pipes or p-trap may be connected or positioned under the sink to ensure water is able drain. Also, sometimes the garbage disposal is installed a little too high and it pushes the sink up slightly.

Fits in a 30” cabinet
This sink fits in a pre-built 30 inch cabinet that Home Depot sells. The lip of the sink sits on the side panels of the 30 inch cabinet, so you dont need the hardware to hold it up, you just need to cope the top of the cuboard down the the lip of the sink is sunk down about an 1/8” so that its flush for granite. Wouldnt matter though for a raised counter top. Just raise the sink then. I questioned the manufacturer and they still say you need a 33”. Both the plumber and the granite installer say what I have will work. I posted a photo for those hoping to do the same despite the backlash on here from the manufacturer. I even asked the question and got the same reply so here is the proof that it works. Why use mounting hardware? How is the sink going to fall? It would have to penetrate the cabinet walls. Lol. Im adding silicone, then coping down the sides of the cabinet for the sinks lip and calling it a day. You can ignore the manufacturer so long as you have someone handy. Oh and great looking sink. Nice and large for such a small cabinet where I woul have been stuck with a smaller sink, this works just fine.

Stunning sink, well beyond my expectations!
I love the clean, modern lines of this sink, it looks amazing with my new countertops and the matching Kraus SST faucet (KPF-1690SS). The sink drains well, and came with two bottom racks to protect the beautiful SST finish - as well as two included drains - one standard and one deep with removable perforated drain basket. I kept the perforated drain (amazing at catching all food debris - and plant debris from repotting) and installed a Sinkerator garbage disposal on the other side. VERY easy to install and the SST finish looks amazing. LOVE IT and highly recommend. I have received many compliments!!!
