This product was used as directed! It was not effective. Very disappointed.

This was a great product for stripping old paint on small projects.

Like other reviewers, I have used this product in the past for stripping paint off wood, however this newer formulation does not work very well. It’s nice it no longer burns the skin if you accidentally get some on you but that obviously meant the old product had bite to it. I applied 2 coats of this stuff to a door I was stripping and it was faster to just bust out the sandpaper and get into the little nooks I was trying to go easy on. Used the entire can and didn’t get very far.

Bought to remove latex based paint from concrete. Failed completely. Barely loosened the paint. My power washer did better. Maybe it was the wrong project for the job at hand. I would not recommend.

I really liked this product, though you must scrape it while wet. If you don’t put enough product on, it will dry out before the 15 minute set time. The can does say it’s best if wet, and wet with product is what it means.

Bought 2 gallons stripped 168 sq ft. Porch that had been coated with Granet Stone coating. Followed all instructions and scraped up with a 4” floor scraper.

Worked as expected. Came mostly clean with first treatment. Had to use a second coat for remainder.

Stripped paint fast and completely.

Never arrived; I never managed to get a refund either. Terrible service.

I was taking paint off a deck, stripped it completely down, then sanded it and re-stained it and it came out beautiful. Customer was really happy.

Was working on an antique phone desk and needed to remove almost a century of paint, varnish, etc. This spray goes on easy, wait a few minutes and use steel wool, scraper, putty knife, 220 grit sandpaper to gently peel the finish off.

Followed instructions to the T. Stripper didn’t work very well even with multiple coats

I had a botched Epoxy on a kitchen countertop project which I needed to do over, and wow, I had poured it on Thick! I had about 1/4" of Epoxy to remove and having doubts about stripper products I grabbed my belt sander and sanded for hours and only took it down maybe 1/6-1/8". Out of frustration I went to youtube to find a bunch of guys showing various epoxy removal techniques all of which I had tried, except for one guy who mentioned another Klean Strip removal product which I didn't buy. But as I was looking for that product, I found this one which looked like it might help. I poured on a about half the can and let it sit for the required time per the instructions on the can. Then I grabbed a sharp chisel and after gouging a few spots, I flipped it upside down and noticed that if I pushed and vertical wiggled the chisel, I was able to make my way through the now slightly lifted sheet of Epoxy. After about an hour, I had it all removed and it was an 8ft piece of butcher block that had to endure. While it doesn't melt away the Epoxy, it appears to lift it slightly from the wood surface and makes it possible to strip the Epoxy away! Hope this helps!

Very effective product. Easy to use and fast to act. My husband follow the directions to use it and is very happy with the results and ready to buy it again for future projects.

It takes all the paint off so you can have less sanding.
