Great fish rod accessory kit.

Great accessory pack for pulling wire with fish rods.

I assumed it would attach to the snake roll but klein dont make it with a threaded end. Only fits the glow stick type wire feeds

This tool is an accessory made by Klein Tools. It is a couple of double hooks made from steel. It has on end a piece that screws into my Klein fiberglass fish rods and a pair of hooks wrapped in opposite directions. I have used it along a ceiling crawl space to reach across and grab existing wiring to pull towards me. What makes the double hook design unique is when you go up to the wire and turn the hooks 90 degrees they easily grab the wire enabling you to retrieve the wire to pull towards you.

This tool is an accessory made by Klein Tools. It is made from a steel ball chain like the old pull chains found on lamps and ceiling fans. It has on one end a threaded piece that screws into my Klein fiberglass fish rod and on the other end is a small eyelet. In between is a length of ball chain about two feet in length. I have used it within a wall cavity to drop down the wall and retrieve it with a magnet through a hole behind the floor base molding. I then can attach HDMI or RG6 cable to pull up and out the wall for TV mounting.

This attachment has very very limited uses. It is intended to snag a single cable like cat 5 or cable tv that is suspended or easily accessed. The problem comes from the fact that you are trying to control the movement of the tip from 10 or 15' away with a flexible rod and the rod is moving all over the place. Very frustrating to try to get the double hook around the cable. Its also way too big to fit thru a drilled hole smaller than 1-1/8" so it has limited uses in a stud cavity. Overall its very well made, but it will end up in the bottom of my tool box never to be used again.

these are two very handy wire pulling tools. The bullet ( round ) end is great for pushing throw insulation and other material.it also has a hole on the end so you attach a wire and pull it back as well. The hook end is great for pushing up a wall and grabbing a wire or hook a wire to pull back to where you need it.both of these tools are a good addition to your tools.

got this in the hopes that it would fit my Greenlee fish rod set.they did not however i gave them to a friend of mine whose set they did fit. he loves this doubles S hook design. It allows him to be able to pull several cables at one time. the large loops also allow him to also loop thru larger cables such as cctv or catv cables. worth the money if you pull alot of wire.

Great engineering design and ease of use along with attached cable, when trying to fish electrical cable or phone and cable wire through a ceiling or attic with insulation, this tough tip works it’s way through walls ; insulation it’s bright orange color stands out in low lit areas, it’s easy to attach , priced right and it’s quality built , every DIY needs this .

Nice attachment for fishing wire though walls. Made out of stainless steel. Well built chain, doesn't feel like its going to break anytime soon. 26 inches long. Perfect for attaching the magnet to get into places you may not be able to reach or have no ability to see. Great attachment to have in your tool arsenal, and at a great price as well.

I use this product in conjunction with the Klein tools twin hook attachment. Another great example of a high quality Klein tools product available at the Home Depot. This product easily installs to my Klein tools fishing pole/fish sticks and is removed easily as well. This is a great product for pulling multiple cables or wires in ceilings as well as cable trays. It is sized perfectly to easily be transported in a toolbag or toolbox without taking up valuable retail space.

This whisk replacement part fish rod attachment is pretty self explanitory. It is a replacement part for a fish rod. The color is bright and orange for visability. The size is pretty standard. I honestly did not even think that the HomeDepot sold this kind of an item, but then I realize the HomeDepot has a lot more products than just in store hard ware.

This really powerful magnet is so handy for so many uses, I can't stop thinking of all the ways it can be used. I screwed it into my wire fish rod and was able to retrieve an electrical knock out without having to work very long at it. It had somehow landed in the bottom of a sewer trap and I did not have to trouble the plumber working on the same house build as myself. Really strong magnet. Would like to find one attached to a stainless ball chain about 8 feet long also.

This chain replacement is the exact fit for the one I lost down an open sewer pipe. Lesson learned was that as always, one must be careful when trying to fish wires in new construction. The magnet head I also have was unable to grab it. I don't know if it was too far down or if it would not catch because of being stainless or chromed and the magnet would just not stick to it. This is a really handy tool.

A single hook to attach to a fish rod or tape. This is nicely made, should last a long time, and stay securely on the fish rod or tape. I pull a lot of computer network wire, and this should work nicely for that application, as well as pulling other items through walls and ceilings. It appears that it would not easily snag in a wall like some other hooks that I've used, and I think that's important.

This is a very good addition to my set of wire fishing tools. Threads onto the rods that I use to pull network wires through walls, will hold several cables at one time for multiple runs. The fact that it threads on and stay on is very important, as is the fact that multiple cables can be attached to the hook ends. This appears to be a durable device, and quite useful .

I got the magnet replacement part, fish rod attachment as an addition to my fish rod. This is a great accessory to add to your collection. It is very sturdy and was very easy to attach to the fish rod. It allowed me to access more spaces and was sturdy enough to stay attached to the rod while fishing through the walls. I will definately be looking to add more of these to my tools.

This double S hook is ideal for fishing wire or pull cords through rough openings where other hook types tend to snag and get caught. The curvature keeps the hook centered in drilled holes and allows for easy pulling of cable. While I have not used it for "snagging" wire in a blind application, it is made to work well for that application as well. Klein is top of the line when it comes to electrical tools so if you have to fish or pull wires, this hook is a best buy.

This is a replacement or an extra attachment for a wire fishing tape. Fit and finish is good, threads cleanly cut and the magnet container or surround must be stainless steel as the magnet does not stick to EMT while fishing it down the conduit. The magnet itself seems to be strong enough to pick up or retrieve small steel items. After all how big or heavy of an object can you drop down conduit? Maybe a screwdriver or small pliers into larger conduit.

Got these to replace attachments that i lost. This does not include the actual rod so go elsewhere if that's what you're looking for. These attachments are perfect to either fish or hook wires in hard to reach places. I've used this to replace some Cat 5e cables in my closet. I've also used this to run wires from my TV cabinet to my fireplace to hide wires.

I am not an electrician, but I have a set of wire fish rods that I use for many applications where I need to fish something that is out of reach. This double hook is extremely handy as so many times a single hook is facing the wrong way and won't "catch" what you are fishing for. I will often buy "cheap" tools for things I don't use often, but for parts like this, it pays to get the best quality so that it doesn't bend and be more of a frustration. I know that Klein is one of the best brands in the electrical tool market so I knew I wouldn't be disappointed.
