These scissors really work. I use them on wax string and stripping small gauge wire.

I've been using these snips for over 4 years. They just work well. Whether you're cutting wire, stripping wire, cutting zip ties, string, tape, packaging, or even lite wire moulding, there's no need to reach for an additional tool. I use these things several times a day, easily my most used tool.

My hand automatically reaches for this tool for so many tasks now. I used to use some other tools for stripping and trimming Cat5e communications cable, but now I really only use this tool. The scissors are sharp, they feel great in my hand, the outside edge is sharp enough for scraping but not so sharp that they could cut my hands. Don't try to cut anything other than Cat5e/Cat6 cable with this, though. I tried cutting RG6 coax cable, but the inner wire was way too hard, even though it was copper.

Very sharp, good size for my hands, good quality. The yellow handle makes it easier to find in my tool bag.

These snips flat out do the job! I've been in the telco industry since 1993, and these snips are tops..Jam**** makes a cheaper pair, but the material is also cheaper. The screw is of a softer metal, so the blades move away from eachother with time.. Klein's snips don't do that. Do yourself a favor and purchase these snips.
