The insulated screwdriver set we had was pretty old-school. They did the job, so we didn't worry about their age. However, seeing the new Klein Tools insulated screwdriver set was one of those *wow* moments. Love the insulated shafts! Love the easy-to-read handle symbols! Love the slim tips! The handles are easy to grip, and the screwdrivers have a nice weight. These are an excellent product, excellent buy.

This tool feels great in your hand. Perfect size to get a good grip, not too large or small. Also nice grippy rubber handle does not slip. This tool is made in the USA, and has a great feature on the top of the handle showing it is the regular (flat) screwdriver when stored in a tool belt. When working with electricity you need to inspect the tool before each use, also ensure the tool is dry. This may be my favorite go-to every day screw driver now.

This screwdriver feels great in your hand. Grippy rubber and perfect size just feels right. It is made in the USA as well. The tool says to inspect before use and ensure the tool is dry when using. I always turn the breaker off when swapping outlets but nice to have added protection of an insulated tool incase the wrong breaker is turned off. The top of the handle shows that this is the Philips screw driver handy if the tool is in a tool belt or other tool holder.

This is a review of the Klein Tools 2-Piece Slim-Tip Insulated Screwdriver Set. First off: Made In America, how often do you get to see that on the package of a tool? I can't tell you how many times I could have used these screw drivers. They have a very narrow profile almost all the way up to the handle to get into those small screw holes. There is a nice knob near the base that is good for spinning the driver. The main grip on the driver is really comfortable and feels secure. While there is a + and - on the handle to let you know which driver is which, I really would have appreciated a red and blue circle for faster identification or make the +/- red or blue.

This is an insulated shank for electricians, But, I like the bright orange color because it makes it much easier to find when you set it down. The handle is a comfortable material and shape. The screwdriver is insulated to provide protection to 1000V. It has a very nice non-slip grip. (Do not work on electrical circuits if you are not experienced in doing so, you could be electrocuted. Always turn off the power to any circuit before working with electricity.)

if you need 1000v insulated screwdrivers these are the ones to get. the slim tip allows you to get into spaces that normal insulated screwdrivers would simply be unable to do. great to have in the tool belt along with the same style Phillips head. the rubber is nice and grippy and doesn't feel at all like the typical cheap overmolding. and remember buying made in the USA products like this is best for everyone.

usually i would pass on screwdrivers with the rubber grips. i have never been a fan. however the grips on this one being integral to not only the insulation but also the proper control around high voltages. the rubber grips feel much tackier in hand not like cheaper overmolding. the star feature is the slim insulation which is awesome. the ability to fit in screw holes that only normal screwdriver shafts would fit in is a game changer. maximum safety and maximum usability all in one. plus being made in the USA makes you know your supporting the right people.

The sizes are perfect for working around the house on switches and outlets ! The insulated slim shafts are good for up to 1000 volts. The tips are 2 slotted, 1 #2 phillips and 1 square good for most jobs ! The great bonus is they are Made in the USA ! The handles are rubberized for grip ! (see photos)

If you are doing electrical work this screwdriver set really is a must have. The set is super nice and the safety aspect of these screwdrivers is hard to overlook. These screwdrivers will protect you against 1000volts so that alone makes them worthwhile to get. The grips on screwdrivers are super nice and have great grip. The end of the grips have a clear indicator of what type of screwdriver it is, philips or flat head. The tips of the screwdrivers are well made and the screws sit will on them. Overall a great set of screwdrivers. Comfortable in the hand and great safety.

This is a professional quality electrician screwdriver set. It is insulated to industry standards. ASTM F1505-16 is the specification that covers the testing and corresponding design and performance requirements for insulated and insulating hand tools used for working on, or in close proximity to, energized electrical apparatus or conductors operating at maximum voltage of 1000 V ac or 1500 V dc. The orange plastic layer is the insulation along with the rubber handle covers. The blades or shanks are slim to fit into tight spots. The butt ends have a stamp with the type of tip they have. Really nice if you have these in a holster or pouch of some kind. Overall a very nice set. Would highly recommend for anyone, especially a professional.

These slim tip insulated screwdrivers are perfect for an electrician's tool set. With the insulation perfectly flush with the tip, you can get into those tighter spaces in the panel and breakers you couldn't normally with the normal insulated screwdriver set. The convenience of not having to shut off the panel to use a regular screwdriver is well worth the purchase!
