Very nice door. Probably the nicest door I have ever had. For an extra room over our garage. Easy installation and very well built.

The door seems OK enough and is what we wanted - however, only upon installation did we end up realizing it was prehung upside down in such a way we cannot flip the door to correct it without it looking horrible. So be sure to check your door for that. Hopefully we can get this corrected.

Absolutely garbage. Joinery looked like they used a dull chainsaw, when opened the door all the screws fell out of the bottom hinge, customer asked if I got the door at a salvage sale. Have pictures, will never get a door there again. I guess quality doesn’t count anymore. BTW…. Customer refused to pay for the door. Thanks

Do not buy this door! It was literally SPRAY PAINTED clear glass. Nothing like the product photos. Absolutely disappointed in the quality, especially at a $700 price tag. Home Depot should remove this product from its site.

Went to pick this door up from HD and immediately ordered a replacement. Even the door guy from HD said to return it. The glass looked like it was painted directly, buy had a plastic cover underneath. This was very difficult to remove and required an exacto knife, razor blade, and elbow grease to remove. Also the removal process wasn’t pretty around the edge of the glass. Needless to say, returned the second door as well. For the price would expect better quality.

Super easy to install and looks fresh and slick

The overall looks nice and was easy to install. Most of all I was happy that the hinges came in a black finish. There were some nicks, dents, a protruding nail. Visible gaps in upper frame corners. But fix those up with paint, wood filler, some tools. I'm still happy with my purchase

I returned this door within a half of an hour! First - it was not even packaged in a box - just overlapping cardboard. The workmanship was an embarrassment to the company that produced it. The frosted glass was covered in plastic to "protect" the glass from overspray and whatnot. Well - it did not work. The glass itself had a ton of paint and adhesive on it. The bottom of the door itself had chunks of wood missing. The screws for the hinges were too long - so the points of the screws protruded from the door frame. Oh..and it was special order - so I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the big disappointment. On a good note - customer service at Strongsville was awesome!

Edge of door was rough cut with a dull saw and edges chipped on most noticeable part of the door and edge was not primed. I had to sand and prime the edge before painting which wasn’t expected for a primed pre-hung door.

ordered this door for a customer and it is not frosted/privacy door as it states. practically cleared. I called Krosswood and they do not sell a frosted door

It arrived damages and the panel was clear, not opaque. I had to return it.

The quality is fair, not great. The door wasn’t cut perfectly square.

It took 3 doors getting shipped to finally get one without blemishes on the glass or without the door being banged up.

Very very poor quality. Crooked frame. Hinge not flush. Garbage prime job.

Poor quality, the door had paint all over the glass when I received it.

The door is a beautiful.

The door itself is nice looking but it comes covered with primered plastic that is a disaster to remove as the plastic is under the frame so it must be cut out and the primer falls off in tiny little pieces almost like sawdust. Then the latch side of the door (the side that will be seen when opened) was not finished, it was rough wood that doesnt look all that great after 2 coats of paint. So if you are looking for a door that can just be painted and hung this is not for you, it is a lot of prep work.

The door was received in good condition and installed easily into our bathroom. It looks great after caulking the slight gaps in the door jam and trim and then painting it all . The installation went easy for my first time at installing a door.
