Ive purchased many Kwickset products over the years and have always liked them. I ordered this Chelsea Lifetime Polished Brass Single Cylinder Door Handleset with Juno Door Knob Featuring SmartKey Security NONE OF THE PARTS ARE PROPERLY LABELED. My vision is limited and the instructions lists parts by Number but parts sent all have different numbers on them. Customer Service said number on parts were actually manufacturer numbers, not the number on instructions. Customer service only apoligized and offered no solution to this. I guess I am just going to guess which screw or part goes where and pray it works. Thanks alot Kwickset. Parts Are Not Labeled Correctly

I purchased this Kwikset product to replace one of the same brand. The new one fit perfectly and required no adjustments, other than to activate the new key via the SmartKey function. I love the look and am completely satisfied with my new door hardware.

1 simple call and a follow up with pictures was all it took to get my handset replaced. It had faded with time and actually had a nice patina. But the neighbor kids broke the outside latch by continually jiggling it, ringing the doorbell, and then running. Funny the first 3 times but it went on for nearly an hour. It took a couple weeks for a completely new hand and lockset to come, but it was very easy to install and brought life back to my door.

We recently had our front door refinished and changed the hardware. Our old hardware color was not available, but the satin nickel set really brings out the color in our door's glass frame. Great purchase, and we were able to keep our same keys.

Even though this is a different brand it is the same model and fit perfectly.

Just what I needed for my new front door

It is all you need. Easy to install, brass was well polished and protected in the box. I had to replace another front door fixture and this smoothly fit the bill without the high costs of other brands.

Install was easy. Parts were quality. Aesthetics are sleek and strong.

Price is acceptable. But, installation is very sensitive to the knobs alignment. To me, it was poorly engineered.

The first door knob set I purchased the brass finish which is essentially a foil was lifted off the hardware. I had to pay my handyman to make the trip back to the store and exchange it for another.

Excellent quality and adds beauty to the new door too!
