The quality is fine but the idea of using a piece of paper to lift off a metal rose plate was not well thought out. The paper tore off on both of them when trying to remove the rose plate per the instructions. We looked up a solution on YouTube for getting the rose plate off. Apparently, this is a common problem.

Kwikset lock set
The lockset is easy to install and looks nice. The great feature it has is that you can re-key it yourself to match your other doors. I ended up buying 3 sets and making the whole house match with everyone only needing one key. Very nice.
